Heerlijk luxueus hotel met perfecte faciliteiten en bediening
Pros:

Alles was prima geregeld. Al vanaf dat je binnenkomt bij de balie/receptie wordt je al ontzorgd. Vervolgens mooie, moderne kamers, topfaciliteiten, een een zeer goede bediening. Allemaal top geregeld.

Really nice stay. Very relaxing
Pros:

Great for families - nice buffet breakfast options

Cons:

Enjoyed it but kids got a bit bored with the kids club options by second week. A bit more activity based with things like football or whatever would be good

Would stay here again
Pros:

Grounds were immaculate, room was great, breakfast was the best buffet with so many options, the pools are huge and 3 to choose from, the staff were excellent and took their time to get to know us despite it being a large resort, it’s in the perfect location in legian, the spa was on the expensive side for Bali but it was beautiful

Great hotel, in a superb location in Legian, beach front. but also central for local shops / bars.
Pros:

Superb breakfast offer.
Room very high standard with great air conditioning and water pressure, way better than usual bali standard.
5 pools to choose from, 3 with swim up bars and one adults only which was great.

Cons:

No premium sports channels on the in room TV. Fox sports was available but only in the bars / public areas, so could have been available in room for ease if wanted to watch.

Pros:

An enormous 5 star resort. Impeccably well maintained. Not a single leaf or blade of grass is out of place ! Exceptional service in every department. Incredible pools. Buffet breakfast is excessive but delicious !

Cons:

Not really a negative....but the resort is huge. It took us just over 5 minutes to walk from the beach access (SW corner) to building K3 / Level 3 (NE corner)
