Good location but zero cleaning

Not clean at all , i booked for 5 nights they didn’t change the bedsheets the water in the bathroom come with red colour i think a lot of dust zero cleaning

اعجبني الموقع قريب من كل شي ولاكن اخذت سويت تمشي علي البلاط يطلع صوت طقطقه يدق علي مدير الفندق يقول الي تحتك يسمع صوت طقطقت البلاط قلت له طيب صلح البلاط كله خربان كيف يعني تبقا مني امشي علي البلاط اتزحلق مدير الفندق غير متعاون سيء والمكيف ينقط ماي دايم علي بلاط الصاله كلمتهم قالو انت فاتح البلكونه يتحدون وغير متعاونين وماي الحمام دخل علي بغرفت انوم مافي تصريف للاسف انخدعت فيه

دوره المياه مافيها تصريف يدخل عليك الماي من تحت باب الحمام الي الغرفه والمكيف ينقط ماي غيرو لي الغرفه ونفس الشي تحملت السكن فيه لعدم وجود حجز في مكان اخر مناسب

I can only repeat what I’ve said before: this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Phuket, and I still stand by what I wrote previously. However, I do have a couple of minor suggestions. The bathroom could use some renovation or updating, as it clearly shows its age. The shower enclosure could also be replaced, as it looks quite old. Even if these improvements aren’t made, I would still choose to stay here because I truly love this place and always enjoy my experience here. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and excellent service. Keep up the great work, and I wish you continued success. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me where to stay in Phuket.
