Location
This Best Western Plus was in a great location. It was near other restaurants and stores, gas stations that was convenient. The interior decor of the hotel was elegant and beautiful, including my room. The landscaping on the outside was gorgeous and relaxing. I really enjoyed and was satisfied with my three day stay at this hotel. It was truly wonderful!

Update: spoke to manager Daniel even after confirming that Jacob gave me wrong information they still get to keep my money because he's NEW. Is that not a training error? Stay here IF YOU WANT TO BE FRAUDED!! This is my 2nd interaction with this business. I visited previously in March. I had an issue then and was given a credit. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt only to be frauded out of my money. I originally booked 2 rooms. One king and one double through hotels.com. I tries multiple times to cancel the 2nd booking. I was told to contact the hotel directly due to not being able to reach anyone from Hotels.com. I began calling May 6th regarding my reservation on the 8th. Hotels.com has a 48 hour cancelation policy. I had tried canceling for a week. I spoke to 2 reps BEFORE checking in. My card that hotels.com has on file wasn't accurate so I called in to give them my updated card information and ask multiple if I was going to be charged for both rooms because I did not need them both. I was assured multiple times that I was only being charged $1 to hold the room that I wanted to keep. I was never told about any other charges. At check in I spoke to JACOB. I told him about the issue I was having. He ASSURED me I was only being charged one room. Me and my group stayed the night. Had a uneventful stay. My deposit and everything was returned to me only for me to be charged the same day for the 2nd room that I did not use. With the card information that Hotels.com does not have access to and they did not have PERMISSION to use. I was never given or offered a receipt. I called the hotel immediately. Spoke to Jacob who assured me that my problem would be resolved because he even saw in the notes for my room that the other room was to be canceled and I wasn't supposed to be charged. They had no right to update the other room with my card information. I did NOT GIVE MY PERMISSION. After being assured my Jacob that all would be resolved. He's amazing by the way. If I could rate him separate I would. I then spoke the Raina the next day (Mother's day) and was told different information. Her collegue Mauricia said that I was told that I spoke to the manger and was told I would be charged for both rooms and they would NOT BE HONORING the refund. If I was being charged for 2 rooms I could have checked into both rooms. I was not a no call no show. I asked about the previous calls I had with them. I was told the calls aren't recorded and that's fine but I KNOW my check in in the lobby was recorded I was the only person checking in and I asked about the 2nd room MULTIPLE times. I've never had deceptive practices like this used in a booking. I'm so upset that my mother's day is now ruined. They put my account in the negative and I have to deal with the fees associated with that. All for one night and a lack of clarity. If I would have been told that I would not have checked in and they would not have had my card number to use. I would have checked in somewhere else. Instead I was lied to and taken advantage of. So much for my mother's day weekend getaway.
