Unfair treatment I was embarrassed and left there like I didn't matter and had to water money, time
Pros:

I booked the room and was told by staff once I arrived in Uber and dropped off they had no room and he lied and said he called and emailed me another ball faced lie. Needless to say a huge inconvenience.

Good spot for our San Diego stay. Restaurant next door was a bonus - very cool place .
Pros:

Had everything we needed for a family of five. The issues we encountered were minor, and we just didn’t let them stress us. Would recommend.

The BEST Birthday weekend staycation.!!!!! Top Tier Customer service, Huge Beautiful facility, latte machine, pool & spa, My 4th floor suite with balcony had nice view, 2 TVs with separate sitting area for visitors. If you are looking for rooms/space for large parties, they got you covered. There is restaurant Kimball's in same parking lot for food. Alfredo, Reyna, and Marisa took VERY good care of me 🫶🏿
