Important information:

All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.

Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.

The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.

The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.

Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.

Not worth as per the money we spend
Pros:

Room was clean & spacious

Cons:

The biggest drawback was the parking. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering the $30 charge. The driveway is very steep, and the traffic light system is confusing, making access quite hazardous.Another issue was that only one lift was operating during our stay, which resulted in long queues whenever we needed to go up or down. This was highly inconvenient. The room itself was clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, we had specifically requested a Sky Tower view, and this was not taken into account during room allocation, which was disappointing. Overall, while the room was comfortable, the parking, lift issues, and failure to accommodate our room request made the stay feel poor value for the price paid.

Always amazing
Pros:

We always stay at Nesuto it is our first pick and we have been everywhere. Our favourite thing is the staff they are always friendly especially Taan he is just the best!!

Cons:

The elevator in this place is horrible, at 9:45 am every one was checking out and there was multiple people on each floor trying to get on but it kept going up and down and not dropping anyone off at ground floor

Great location to the hospital and friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were amazing, very accommodating and friendly.
10 minutes walk to hospital
Value for money
Large apartments

Cons:

Unfortunately very noisy on 4th floor, but receptionist moved me to another floor, which I was extremely grateful for as i needed sleep the next day.
Both apartments were very much overdue for a tidy up: flooring (broken floor tiles, shabby carpet), cabinetry broken in both. Lounge furniture, bedside lights in both needed replacing.

Friendly staff, room was clean and ready.

Cons:

Furniture/ decor a little aged and tattered. It would be nice to stay in the 2 bedroom units where both have external windows when we are paying per night.

Cons:

Apartment was dirty. Needs a good clean is dirty used plasters under the couch etc. Has potential but really needs some work. Parking is atrocious!!! Couldn't even get out of the car park due to steep hill and wet ground. Not enough reception staff on

Great value for money, especially with a family
Pros:

The size of the 2 bedroom apartment was great, the cooking facilities were good. Location is handy

Cons:

We had a room where not all the plugs worked. It was bad timing that the lift was out of order for such a busy weekend but this couldn’t be helped. Didn’t find all of the staff friendly
