Important information:

All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.

Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.

The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.

The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.

Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, great location
Pros:

Great location. Rooms were clean. All necessary utensils and glasses etc were there. Nice view.

Cons:

The entertainment TV system was baffling. All that was needed was an explanatory card with instructions on how to use it.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Walking distance to the hospital. Easy walk to shops and city. Friendly staff. Well appointed clean, large rooms, with very comfortable beds.

Comfortable second stay.
Pros:

The first time we stayed we had a great time at Nesuto! We were extremely grateful that they allowed us to leave a couple of days earlier (beacause we had an issue) and refund the money we could not enjoy.
This second stay they also allowed us to have a late check out for free! This things definitely make you feel appreciated and want to come back

Pros:

The view. Good first time experience "in the city" for kids but even my kids noticed how unclean it was. We were just seeing grateful for our weekend away after a long week.

Cons:

Cleanliness was OK. Dust behind beds near plugs when trying to plugin chargers. Side lamps were not working. Wifi was not working, I used my own data to hotspot because I did not want to complain during my stay incase they kept my bond for damage or cleanliness - very much needed all my bond back 😅.

Broken pictures, hanging wall mirror, little room lights not working. Too

Would book again after a much needed revamp.
