All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.
Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.
The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.
The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.
Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.

The advertisement on booking.com
I am extremely disappointed with our stay. The property was nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com.
During our stay we experienced numerous issues:
•One bedroom had the fire alarm/smoke detector covered with a plastic bag and rubber band, which is a serious safety concern.
•There was a broken tile in the bathroom.
•The jug/kettle contained significant mould growth inside.
•The microwave was rusty and did not work.
•The wall phone was not operational.
•The TV internet service did not work and staff had to enter a secret code to get it functioning.
•There were stains on the floor, some of which appeared to be blood and others looked highly unsanitary.
•The bathroom skirting boards were dirty.
•The bedside table appeared damaged and bent, and the bedside lamps were damaged and only worked when operated from the wall plug rather than the switch.
•We had ordered a cot for our daughter and were advised it would be in our room upon arrival. However, there was no cot provided and I had to contact reception to have one delivered.
•The view was nothing like the one shown on Booking.com and was very disappointing.
Overall, the room was poorly maintained, unclean, and did not meet the standard that was advertised. Given the number and severity of these issues, I feel that the accommodation was misrepresented and did not provide the experience that was promised.
Er zijn weinig zaken aan dit complex wat je gaat bevallen. Misschien de ruimte. Maar de bijlmerbajes had denk ik meer sfeer.
Zo wat alles. Geen zwembad want dicht, geen parkeerplaats want die waren vol. Afgeleefde kamer. Wat een droevige bende.

Parking is very tight, couldn’t park our Ford Ute with roof racks, no fault of property as they do state it is 1,9m height
Location was good for CDB, within 20 mins to Viaduct. Staff were really great, really friendly and helpful. Inexpensive when we booked but doubled a month before we stayed, I would feel v cheated paying more that we did
Room was very dated. Light fittings over beds with no bulbs & obviously not useable. Plug sockets in random places in the room. The beds were not comfy but fine. Also we suspect there may be an issue with bugs as we all woke up after night one with bites/hives, whether it was bed bugs or similar I am unsure.

The room was so good heaps of space and very tidy
That there was no tv in the main bedroom
