Lovely, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Wonderful experience. Randomly selected as guest of the day. Lovely gift bag in our room. Very nice, clean roo. And comfortable bed. Special kudos to Mia and Austin. We will definitely return.

Tired and so well taken care of by MIA
Pros:

It started with my mistake in reservations.
KEHRY WAS explaining to me what happened and I was frustrated and angry. MIA stepped in and straightened everything out. At 82 I can confuse situations and MIA made us feel so taken care of. KEHRY followed her lead and we could not ask for more friendly professional care than we received from them.
I highly recommend this hotel when MIA & LEHRY are working. Excellent customer service care

Excellent stay! Comfortable, nice rooms and really friendly staff.
Pros:

Very clean, well set out hotel, the rooms was very nice and very comfortable. I had a really nice stay!

The pool area. I would have preferred a bit more privacy around the pool area.

Pros:

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Paola at the front desk was very friendly. We had a lot of questions because it was our first time in Florida and she answered all of them very nicely. She also informed us about the hotel shuttle which was very convenient.

Amazing Hotel.
Pros:

I went to the Gala with Favi, it was amazing. She is great and is a hard worker. She has great relations with who she works with and deserves all the praise she gets. The hotel is very clean and very lively. I love the layout and the staff is amazing. Cooks made such great food. Keep it up!

One of the best hotel Customer Service departments I have ever worked with.
Pros:

I always love to make sure I review excellent customer service departments and this hotel has one of the best. We booked 8 rooms and Wade the manager, and the group sales manager Stephanie Young took care of every detail and made the checkin process this morning seamless. I recommend this hotel with 5 stars.

Pros:

I travel there often for business. Yolanda and Favi are the best. They are always willing to to go the extra mile to help us. We are an airline crew with lots of requests and last minute changes. Sometimes on a moments notice we’re staying an extra day or we’re checking out late. They always help us with a smile on their faces.

A BIG thank you!
Pros:

I want to take a moment and just say thank you to Mike V. My family and i checked in on Friday the A/C was cooling however I have bad allergies and felt it right away that the unit was dirty. Once I mention it to him he made sure to go in and clean the unit for us to have a more comfortable stay. Thank you again.
