Poor breakfast and service
Pros:

The breakfast was abysmal - no variety and absolutely nothing healthy, no option for customization, they did not even have plain yoghurt ; they told me the chef will e-mail to coordinate and see if they can make something else, and I did not receive any communication

For drinking water, they are using so many plastic bottles, and ask the guests to come down every time but only give 2 bottles per room even with globalist status
I asked for a kettle while checking-in and was told NO
I had to wait one hour after requesting towels
I asked for an umbrella, both days when it was raining and they did not give me one

My stay was so disappointing, it was not at all what I expected from a Hyatt 5-star property, I am anticipating some sort of compensation/ refund in points because this was just not at the mark

This place is awful and they think I have money problems

The staff was rude and kicked me and my girlfriend out then trespassed me forever from the former andaz and told me I can’t ever come bs k to 55 Wall Street and hasn’t refunded my account

Another Splendid Stay at Hyatt Centric Wall Street
Pros:

Another exceptional stay at a great property. Frequent visitor to the city and enjoy staying in Wall Street. Quick, easy and wide access to most of the underground lines coming into and spanning the city, great location with plenty of eating destinations either walking distance or a short trip to reach. Not a fan of crowded mid-city locations and so this hotel is perfect for people who prefer efficient, super comfortable and welcoming accommodations. The team at Hyatt Centric Wall Street are superb and top notch in helpful and responsive assistance. One of my 'always return' properties in the Hyatt portfolio.

Booking é uma enganação total!
Pros:

Foi o cúmulo vcs me perguntarem isso de uma estadia que não tive devido a erro de vcs!!

Cons:

Da falta de interesse de vcs me acharem outro hotel para passar a madrugada após me dispensar as 2:30 da manhã!!
