Cons:

Un des réceptionniste m’a chargé en double c’est qui a bloqué l’argent dans la carte pendant 1 semaine m’empêchant de faire toute les activités prévues. La manager est venue mais aucun geste commercial m’a été proposé pour le désagrément créer par son collègue. Une réceptionniste a bien compris la situation est à été plus à l’écoute que la manager.

Very comfy.
Pros:

Huge bathroom. Big rooms.
Heart of the city. Coffee shops and restaurants at walking distance. No NYC police sirens at night. Quiet and yet in centre.

Cons:

Black tiles in the bathroom …. Maybe need more lights all over

It was a decent acceptable stay
Pros:

location, cleanliness, spaciousness of the room

Cons:

No one at front desk for long periods of time. Could not turn on heat in the room in the summer- room was too cold. Only option was to turn the it off.. Included breakfast was sad. Staff took very long time to bring towels and requested tooth brush

Moderno, limpio y el desayuno fue de primer nivel. La ubicación para caminar por lugares de mucho interés turístico.

Que en la habitación no nos ofrecieron agua, y aunque hay 2 neveras ninguna tenía nada para ofrecer al huésped

Мне очень понравилась работник Dayala на ресепшене! Это лучшая девушка! Все четко и грамотно объяснила и помогла разобраться с депозитами и была очень мила и приятна🙏🙌🏼 еще Samir с турции на ресепшене тоже очень отзывчив приятен в общении! Ну а завтраки это что то с чем то! Официант афроамериканец просто находка учтивости! Ну и блюда огромные и вкусные!

Cons:

Не очень понравилось , что с меня взяли депозит большой но он вернется. И что другие работники не вникли в ситуацию сразу.. но спс Dayal 🙏 великолепна

Great experience in the city
Pros:

The staff and hotel manager were incredible! The manager had gotten a room for my parents 2 weeks before and greeted us by name and was extremely friendly. Great room! Very clean and nice- good location in the city. We will be back!
