Gut aber nicht nochmal
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Wall Street war super. U Bahn Anbindung in der Nähe. Nachts relativ ruhig was nach einem langen Tag gut tat.

Cons:

Das Abrechnungssystem des Hotels ist unterirdisch. Mir würde der 3 fache Zimmerpreis auf meiner Kreditkarte geblockt. Beim auschecken dann sogar der doppelte Preis abgebucht. Angeblich ein Systemfehler. Wurde dann nach 4 Tagen zurück erstattet. Sowas braucht man nicht im Urlaub

Nice spacious , clean and courteous staff

Cons:

There was just one hand towel for two of us. Also the bfast provides was bare minimum. No hot bfast like pancakes or eggs or even hot oatmeal . Jus let some basic cereal, bread and some cold croissants and banana( no cut fruits or apples etc? 😞

Apart from that breakfast charging topic, our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Thank you very much!

Cons:

One person in the restaurant appears to be doing some questionable things when charging for breakfast. Food that we had not ordered (addional to our included breakfast) was brought to our table and presented as being “complimentary” or “on the house”, but then appeared on the final bill.
I would therefore recommend always checking the bill carefully after breakfast and raising any discrepancies immediately.
When we complained about such a bill, members of the breakfast team told us that there seems to be one particular person who repeatedly causes similar questionable situations during breakfast service.
In any case, this is something the hotel should look into and resolve.

Apart from that, our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Thank you very much!

despite reading quite a few negative reviews our experience was a fine one!
Pros:

Mostly everything! Looked at reviews of the property after I booked the room - so many negative Nellies! But- the room was large, clean and comfortable with a good bed.
Really Liked the really modern bathroom !
Staff were aok! We prefer handling our own luggage.

Cons:

For what we payed for 2 nights there’s not too much to complain about.

Pros:

Hotel pulito, camera e bagno spaziosi,a due passi dalla metro e da trinity church. Colazione a buffet ricca.

Cons:

Aria condizionata troppo forte, ma abbiamo chiesto che venisse staccata e sono stati tempestivi ed estremamente gentili.

A wonderfully comfortable hotel that felt like home in the heart of Lower Manhattan.
Pros:

We had a wonderful and very comfortable room with an excellent bed and a large TV. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick to respond to any request. We genuinely enjoyed spending time at the hotel and, after just a few days, it somehow started to feel like home. The location is excellent as well, with great restaurants such as Harry’s and Fraunces Tavern nearby, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema within walking distance, and easy access to the subway.

Cons:

We had a minor issue with the ventilation panel, but the reception team responded immediately and had it fixed right away. So rather than being a negative, it actually left us even more impressed with the level of service.
