Pros:

Staff were lovely

Cons:

Not clean, no power points by bed, blinds didnt block light, large gap under door, mould covering shower, one small towe ppl, T.V in location that can not be used. Dusy everywhere, 1 cup and 1 coffee for 2 people, 2 days.

Great budget stay in Auckland city
Pros:

Very good value for money, clean room, nice shower, very good location in central Auckland.
Good wifi. Also nice coffee and food kiosk at front that I think is quite new.

Cons:

Couple of very minor things missing from room, glasses for drinking & tissues.
Main downside though is the communal guest kitchen which you have to walk through to get to some of the rooms. It is not well kept, very messy and strong cooking smells.
I think there are some guests here who are longer term, hence the heavy use of the kitchen.
Would benefit from a partition so it was not seen directly by passing guests.

Not remanded at all due serious privacy threat.
Pros:

Restaurants were available around.
Maliha was only cooperative staff

Cons:

1- Hotel is located on a steep height, you can not climb up without car/taxi.
2- There is no Lift.
3- Family privacy is zero, there is no way to lock door from inside to stop staff entering the room using master key. They entered my room two times. I have to leave hotel even it was already paid. Staying here consider that your room door is not locked and someone can enter anytime. Be very careful.
4- breakfast is below normal.

Pros:

All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
It is very centrally located so we were able to walk to many spots in the CBD and beyond.

Cons:

We had a car and required parking. This needed to be precooked but we were not informed of this by the hotel and it was not on the hotel website or on Booking.com. We did not know that it would be $15 per night. All the two sites say is that there is a parking garage. Fortunately the staff were able to solve this for us on arrival but we almost missed out on getting a parking spot. Also the parking area is EXTREMELY tight and difficult to park in.
We had a “queen suite”. We expected it to be larger than it was. Although there was a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, there was only one chair to sit in and no dishes other than two mugs and a teaspoon. There was only a very small tabletop to put anything. There were no other surfaces, a closet or even hooks on the wall so our belongings were strewn all over the floor.
The common kitchen wasn’t very clean.
The “outside garden” is really just an outside area, not very much a garden.

L'emplacement et le parking est le seul point positif.
Pros:

l'hotel a un bon emplacement, proche du centre ville. Et il y a un parking avec des prix accessibles.

Cons:

Une odeur dégoût se dégageait de la salle de bain, dans le couloir une odeur de nourriture se dégageait. Nous avons payer 160 DNZ pour 2 nuits, hors de prix pour l'accueil et les locaux que nous avons eux.
