Friendly staff, nice and easy check-in and out. Breakfast room was a treat, lots of different things available to eat.
Pros:

Nicely located in city centre, with a nice view of the small autumn coloured park across the street.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was pulling our heavy luggage up the stairs to our room.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Cons:

TV didn’t work, it was fuzzy. Couldn’t even get channels 1 or 2. The walls very thin so could hear everything from next door. Terrible smells from people cooking with fish sauce etc.

Helpful staff, everything was good including the price.
Pros:

The staff accommodated my needs despite timing etc being out of the norm. I was worried that something would go wrong, but I needn't have - they went out of their way to make everything smooth. The parking was very reasonably priced too.

Cons:

Look, for the price I really can't complain about anything. Nothing was particularly fancy, the room wasn't spacious, but that wasn't what I was looking for, it had everything I needed at a price that would make me choose them again.

Great value for a spot to stay if you have overnight plans in the city.
Pros:

Location was perfect as our evenings plans for our stay in the city were all within walking distance of the Gamma Hotel.

Pros:

Handy to town

Cons:

I book for 19 people and then for another 3 people. Then a mate said he had already booked so I cancelled the one room for 3 then had to rebook for another mate.
