Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Consistently praised across reviews: 'muy limpio', 'esta muy limpio', 'limpio y cómodo' — cleanliness is a clear strength.
Service
9
Mostly very positive: multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff (Jesús, Santiago, Paola). A few isolated negative remarks about a receptionist and a denied request, but overall service is a strong point.
Location
9.6
Extremely well-regarded: repeated comments calling the location perfect/strategic and close to restaurants, Parque de la 93 and shops — location is a standout feature.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are often described as comfortable and spacious with good beds, but there are recurring minor issues (uncomfortable pillows, some noise, occasional late readiness of rooms).
Amenities
7.5
Mixed feedback: positive notes on comfortable accommodations and breakfast variety in some reviews, but issues reported with WiFi reliability, lack of separate shampoo/conditioner, TV limitations and occasional noise from elevator/other rooms.
Value for Money
7.8
Mixed perceptions: some guests state 'calidad precio es muy bueno', while others report overcharging and find price high for the offered reciprocation — value is uneven.
Food and Beverage
7.7
Breakfast opinions vary: several guests find it limited or 'muy liviano' while others praise the quality and variety (fruits, good tea). Overall slightly below the hotel’s other strengths.
Overall Experience
9
Predominantly positive overall sentiment ('Muy recomendado', 'Excelente', 'Great experience') driven by location, cleanliness and service, despite some recurring minor issues.

Good value, good location
Pros:

Location is great, just a short walk away from the Parque de la 93, meaning good restaurants and several specialty coffee shops. Very good breakfast options. Rooms are spacious, facilities are well maintained. Staff couldn’t be more friendly.

Cons:

WiFi is very unreliable so don’t count on it for work.
