For guests staying more than 8 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge in the middle of your stay. For guests staying more than 12 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge every 7 days.

Fabulous view from our verandah and centrally located. We were doing the Tomaree Coastal Walk so it was an excellent base
Staff Carole and Thomas went above and beyond to help us with booking a room. Central location by walking, which is good because parking can be expensive at town centre.

We thought we had booked an apartment. 2 chairs were extremely uncomfortable no padding. Coffee table very unsteady couldn't put Coffee mugs on not enough power points power boards used, hole in curtain unable to adjust direction of air conditioner blowing onto bed
Good having the facilities in your room kitchenette twin rooms had. Their own door with joint entry door upstairs/ downstairs
Rooms had a bit of a smell to them musty. Maybe from carpets. Poor pressure in shower. Pricey for what it is in mid winter. Downstairs a little far away for young children from main bedroom
It was comfortable with plenty of room

The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of space in the room, the shower was great. Good location for getting in and out of town. The reception staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
The lighting in the room wasn't good for reading at night.
The apartment is clean. Could have done with 2 towels or a face towel instead of 1 bath towel. Everything else in the room is good.
Check in staff was nice and helpful. The apartments is ok an hill but close to town.
Left my luggage behind reception.
The receptionist staff saw me came back for my luggage but chooses to ignore me and continue talking to a workman. Luckily another workman open the door for me to get my luggage otherwise I would have missed my onward bus
Walking distance to shops and Bowlo where our function was. Clean, spacious and comfortable
Good location
The room had a terrible musty smell when we got there. We asked for another room but none available. Was offered air freshener to mask the smell. We tried to make the most of it and opened the windows, however at might when we closed the curtains we found black mould spots on the curtains - the cause of the smell! Slept all night with the windows open to dry get some clean air in winter, left the next day (with 3 more days on our booking). The hotel is awful and disgusting I have photos of the curtains and once I started looking found black mould on the bed sheet edges and also the chair. Will never go back. The property is so badly managed they didn't even offer any refund, disgusting.
