I recently stayed at Oaks Nelson Bay Lure Suites while travelling for work and had a really enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to the marina, restaurants and local shops, making it convenient to unwind after a day of work.
The apartment was spacious, clean and well presented, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and having kitchen facilities was a real bonus during a business trip.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
Overall, I found it to be great value for money and would happily stay here again when I'm next in Port Stephens for work. I'd also recommend it to anyone visiting the area for either business or a relaxing getaway.

This is my 2nd visit to the oaks lure and find the amenities very good and the location to the city centre is terrific.

Its location was great. It was Close to the shops. The bed & pillows were comfortable.
Soap, lotion & hair products were supplied along with face washers. It was a quiet location too.
The fridge was on the small side and no ice blocks available on arrival. The room as a whole was on the small side as well. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on one switch so we couldn’t isolate the light & fan. It was very noisy.
Property is clean and organised perfect to chill and relax
The supervisor talking to loud to me and telling me she’s stress with her staff doing not right which is non of my business,disrespectful behaviour toward customers.

The water flow was VERY POOR. VERY TINY.
Is there any way to fix this matter?
Why the aircon has to be equal and above 22 degree? If we are booking the room around summertime, it's gonna be less comfortable. Waaaayy less. Don't you think so?
