For guests staying more than 8 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge in the middle of your stay. For guests staying more than 12 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge every 7 days.

Children up to and including 1 year old stay for AUD 20 per person per night when using an available cot.

People no matter the age stay for AUD 59 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The apartment is clean. Could have done with 2 towels or a face towel instead of 1 bath towel. Everything else in the room is good.
Check in staff was nice and helpful. The apartments is ok an hill but close to town.
Left my luggage behind reception.
The receptionist staff saw me came back for my luggage but chooses to ignore me and continue talking to a workman. Luckily another workman open the door for me to get my luggage otherwise I would have missed my onward bus
Walking distance to shops and Bowlo where our function was. Clean, spacious and comfortable
Good location
The room had a terrible musty smell when we got there. We asked for another room but none available. Was offered air freshener to mask the smell. We tried to make the most of it and opened the windows, however at might when we closed the curtains we found black mould spots on the curtains - the cause of the smell! Slept all night with the windows open to dry get some clean air in winter, left the next day (with 3 more days on our booking). The hotel is awful and disgusting I have photos of the curtains and once I started looking found black mould on the bed sheet edges and also the chair. Will never go back. The property is so badly managed they didn't even offer any refund, disgusting.

It was quite a large one bedroom apartment with a bit of a view of the water and very close to the centre with cafes and restaurants in supermarket. The staff were also very friendly and helpful..
It could do with a little bit of TLC. There was some paint peeling off the wall on one spot. Kitchen bench was chipped. The light in the fridge didn’t work and the bed sagged a bit in the middle..

The world’s most comfortable bed. Friendly staff (kudos to Carol, lovely person….also happy to remind me how lucky I am being married to my wife). Location is excellent.

The location is perfect, walking distance to cafes and shops and marina.
The room was dirty and aged, the shower had large amounts of mould and the floors were very sticky. The bed was uncomfortable with the additional feeling of the mattress springs poking in your back all night. The bedding smelt.
