Great location and close proximity to most attractions. Most importantly, very friendly staff at the hotel who were very helpful and served guests with a big smile. I would definitely stay there again.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und gute Lage direkt an einer U Bahn Station. Vergleichsweise große und moderne Zimmer.
Location was amazing, right next to the train station. The train station legit has the exit after the hotel name its so easy to find. The room is was clean and spacious for what you can find in japan. Having booked this hotel made travelling around osaka very easy. Ultra bonus was the laundromat located on the 3F. room service was great and the staff at the desk made check in and check out super super stress free. Would definately book again!
Breakfast served hot with wide variety of dishes cereals, breads and fresh juices to hearty foods such as steak, fish and soups and salads. Easily makes it a brunch type meal. Staff were excellent and service kept everything stocked well and clean.
One day the breakfast was overrun by visitors and we had to wait 10 minutes for a table. They provided a nice wait area. Also the hotel advised guests about busy times in advance by signs near elevator, so not a big issue.
Excellent location, nice and helpful staff. We were on a premier floor and our room was a good size as well as the bathroom. They provide plenty of amenities.
One downside is that there’s no drawers or room to put your clothes, but that didn’t affect our stay.
The lounge was ok, not too much variety, but nice if you want to get a drink before going out to dinner or just relax a bit.
The hotel is right by the one of the train lines, very easy to get around.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Best property to stay in Japan
Понравилось все. Очень удобное месторасположение, рядом с метро. Хорошие и вкусные завтраки, чистые номера.

Sauberes Hotel, klein aber fein. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und gemütlich, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt für einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Sehr Zentral :) Gerne wieder!
