I liked everything about the hotel, the facilities were good , tasty breakfast, every corner in the hotel was clean, quiet area ,the staff were really nice and helpful with everything, would definitely come back again.

I have recently returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the gorgeous Maria greeted us on reception with a very welcome sparkling wine. Our cases were taken to our room and we knew we had picked the right hotel. We had upgraded to a pool view suite which had a large separate lounge and bedroom. There was an air conditioning unit in each room and they worked very well especially as it was 30 degrees outside in July.
We also had a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
There are three different swimming pools. One is a large Hydro pool with various massaging stations. We loved the thick cushions on the sun beds and the supplied towels were huge and covered them amply.
There was a great waiter service around the pool and we were looked after by two lovely young ladies called Yuliana and Irina.
The buffet changed to a different theme every night and the food was being freshly cooked and replenished quickly. The Peruvian taster menu restaurant was also excellent,
There was a good variety of wines to choose from and Ringkon the Food and beverage Manager was extremely helpful in encouraging us to try them all!
Another favourite of mine is Prosecco at breakfast! A great way to start the day.
The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle bus a few times a day to the beach, port and Kings Mall which is useful.
I was taken ill with a gallbladder problem and reception efficiently organised an appointment at the doctors clinic within walking distance called Elpis Medical Centre. The medical care I received was fantastic and I had every confidence in the GP there. If only our NHS could match the service I received.
The thing that sets this hotel above the rest is its staff who treat you like family.
After ten days here we felt like part of their family and no request was too much trouble.
Every member of The King Jason staff were excellent but I would like to mention the following people.
Maya in the restaurant. Kira at Guest Services. The smiley Mustafa on the bar and the lovely Yvetta who cleaned our room daily, I wanted to take her home with me!

Today was the last day of my wonderful holiday in Cyprus, and I can honestly say that staying at the King Jason was the best all-inclusive hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, the attention to detail in both the food and drinks was outstanding, and every member of staff was always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. It’s the little things that really make a difference, like remembering your favourite drink or your usual order, and the team did that perfectly.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Imran, Mustafah, and the gentleman with the Prada glasses, who were always especially helpful and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

I’d also like to give a massive thank you to Mr Thomas for his outstanding hospitality. It was great to see the big boss in the kitchen alongside the other chefs, cooking up the most amazing pasta dishes on Italian Night. That level of passion and involvement says a lot about the hotel.

The only tiny criticism I have is that the music around the pool was a little too quiet—I would have loved it to be louder to create more of a holiday atmosphere. Apart from that, my experience was absolutely amazing.

I would recommend the King Jason to everyone and anyone looking for a first-class holiday in Cyprus.

An ideal retreat for a relaxing trip with friends! The staff were brilliant: housekeeping consistently kept on top of our room, bar staff were always friendly and attentive, while the spa staff were so welcoming when we visited and said hello to us throughout our stay.

The pool area was well kept and clean, we never had to fight for a sun lounger - it was a very calm, relaxing environment. Offerings at meal times were varied and high quality - there was something for everyone to enjoy. We particularly enjoyed Cypriot night and the food on this evening really stood out. Our ten course taster menu in the Pisco restaurant was truly memorable and the flavour combinations were appreciated by all in our party. All drinks were prepared with care and of high quality, the frozen margs were delicious.

Thank you to all of the staff for ensuring we had such a lovely stay - service at meal times was efficient and friendly. Misha, Mustafa and Maria (hopefully names spelled close to correctly!) gave us consistently friendly service, nothing was too much trouble, which added to our experience. We want to extend extra thanks to Kira for checking in with us and gracefully accomodating some special requests, along with Salah our good humoured and attentive server.

Location is very convenient for the airport Rooms were comfy and he had everything we needed, including a packed lunch left for the night of our late night arrival. Thank you. Our room was quite close to the bar which meant on nights there was live entertainment, it would be tricky to have an early night. Earplugs recommended if you would be disturbed.

Overall, value for money is excellent and an all round enjoyable environment is created by the staff.

We all intend to visit again!

Last day of our 11 night stay we could not fault this lovely resort, the dedication from all the staff to enhance your holiday experience was outstanding, the food and drinks are fantastic and plentiful the choice is huge, regarding the sun beds we never saw anyone reserving sun beds for anyone but themselves there was sun beds available around the pool til at least 10am everyday. My wife had a message and said it was one of the best she ever had.
The only negative and it is not the fault of the hotel was being told to quieten down at 11.30 for laughing loudly, as someone had complained, the bar shuts at 12 so after that fair enough, this is an adults only all inclusive and meeting new people and enjoying the company is part of your holiday, if you want to retire early then maybe find a resort that the bar shuts early so you can be in bed by 8pm to watch emmerdale on your iPad making memories with new people is what it’s all about
The last thing would be beer mats on the tables as e tables do get very wet.

Having previously stayed at the King Jason Protaras in 2025, we had high expectations.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The pools were spotless, well maintained, and a pleasure to relax around.

We had read reviews mentioning people reserving large numbers of sunbeds, but we didn't see anything like that during our stay. In our experience, there were always plenty available. The pool staff were also fantastic, regularly checking in and serving drinks with a smile.

We absolutely loved our stay at King Jason Paphos and wouldn't hesitate to return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday.

המלוו יפה. חדרים חמודים אבל בלי נוף. יכול להיות.שחדרים במתחם של בניינים שנמצא .בקצה מתחם יותר טובים. השירות יוצא מן הכלל בפרט ג'וני בקבלה. אבל המיקום ממש גרוע. בתוך שכונה. רחוק מהים. קשה למצוא את המקום יש כניסות מכל הביוונים אבל בלי שילוט שהיה מאוד עוזר לקצר את הדרך (בכל כניסה צריך עמוד גבוה מואר עם השם של המלון).

Agree with the review below, this hotel did not deliver on many fronts.

The sunbed issue was evident from day 1 when people were reserving multiple sunbeds so they could move around. This is because the umbrellas are concreted into the ground so shade is hard to find. On the odd day when we found a sunbed, it was by the main pool where you're packed in like sardines. The pool bar service was hit and miss but its easy enough to walk to the bar yourself.

We paid for an upgraded room in the main building and whilst it was large, the bathroom flooded nightly and the daily clean was average at best. The communal areas of the hotel were nice and very clean.

We found the man on Reception very helpful but the ladies were quite dismissive both times we had to speak to them. We witnessed 2 staff arguments which isn't what you want to see on holiday when you're trying to relax. The restaurant staff worked hard but some were very inexperienced.

The food was very good, lots of choice and on the whole very tasty (Mexican night was weak). The Peruvian restaurant was the highlight of the 10 days - make sure to book early. Drinks are good quality but the bar staff are rushed off of their feet.

We too, were swayed by the great reviews but while this is a decent hotel we would not return solely due to the sunbed issues. They have a very loyal following so they must be doing something right but the King Jason wasn't for us.

We did this as a late booking just to get away for a week and it did not disappoint
Great room ,great food place was always clean and tidy and the staff have to be some of the best we have experienced
We travel a lot to the Caribbean and I have to say that the staff are up there with the staff in the Tamarind in Aruba , they could not be anymore helpful
The harbour is a 15 minute walk away and if you don’t fancy walking there is a shuttle bus

A stunning & spotless hotel with the friendliest staff that cannot do enough for you

We are very sad to be leaving this hotel. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The aircon was lovely and a blessing in the very hot July heat

Food was beautiful. All fresh and plenty of variety for each meal. We loved the omelette station at breakfast. Drinks were top spec. There was a large variety of cocktails and there is poolside service. All the waiters and bar staff are quick, efficient and friendly.

It was very hot and the pools were. Great temperature for cooling off. All very clean also. The loungers were so comfy!

We did our excursions and walking in a morning before it got too hot. The harbour is within walking distance and takes around 20 mins. We also visited the kings tombs which were around a 25 minute walk away

We urge everyone to visit this hotel and Cyprus in general. It’s very safe and at the King Jason, you are guaranteed the best of everything. Thank you all so very much

We recently spent 11 relaxing nights at the King Jason Hotel in Paphos. It's a peaceful hotel and a great place to properly switch off, which was exactly what we were looking for.

The food and drink are generally acceptable, although the quality does vary from day to day. It's certainly not fine dining or high quality. The buffet canteen is very busy during peak times, as the vast majority of guests are on the all-inclusive package, which takes away from the overall dining atmosphere. It has the feel of a busy Mcdonalds at peak times. We chose to eat out on a few occasions for a bit of variety and to enjoy some higher-quality meals cooked by chefs.

I'm not a big drinker, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the drinks service. Everything felt quite rushed, and the measures often seemed very small. For example, a gin and tonic was served in a pint glass with so much tonic that it tasted almost like flat tonic water. Again, this seemed to be a consequence of the hotel catering for so many all-inclusive guests, with staff working hard but under constant pressure to meet demand. There is a lack of attention to detail and care, with quality and presentation often sacrificed for speed.

Our room was comfortable, the bed was good, and it was a nice size. However, there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues that could easily be improved. The biggest concern for us was the bathroom, particularly the toilet, which never seemed to be cleaned thoroughly during our stay. There were also a few maintenance issues, including a leaking shower, a window that didn't close properly, paint smudges in several places, and a cracked front door. None of these issues ruined the holiday, but they did suggest that a little more attention to detail would make a noticeable difference.

The staff worked hard and did their best to make guests feel welcome. However, in such a busy environment, there is little opportunity for them to build relationships with guests. Maria on reception was particularly outstanding and is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel.

One tip for future guests is to book the Peruvian restaurant. It was, without doubt, the best meal we had during our stay and one of the highlights of the holiday.

Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel where you can genuinely unwind, the King Jason is well worth considering. However, the attention to detail in both housekeeping and maintenance, together with the pressures created by the all-inclusive operation, mean that the overall quality can feel inconsistent.

My suggestion to the hotel management would be to focus less on volume and more on quality. A little more investment in maintenance, housekeeping, and food and beverage standards would significantly improve the guest experience. For us, those inconsistencies are the reason we've awarded the hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

Previous reviews will give you enough information to know this is a superb hotel, I've never experienced such professional customer service and Kira, vitto and Maria will do whatever they can to make sure you have the best holiday as will the entire team. Less selection of food than some hotels but the quality and skill used is beyond anything I've had before on an all inclusive basis. Please drop the staff a tip as they work so hard, wines are great and they will happily give you bottle to take to your room, we will definitely return !
