The staff and treatment were top level. Super friendly - lots of little nice touches here and there from water and sparkling wine in the rooms, to a complementary evening meal (actually two this time!). They even let us check out late for no fee - just a lovely, warm, stress free generous experience. My partner even asked why we were being treated so nicely!

Pools nice - the hydro pool was great. And the second excelsior pool was dreamy - smaller and quieter - much more our bag. Plenty of buzz around the place without preventing us relaxing. My partner had a massage which she said was great value and very good! Sauna and cold plunge pool as well.

Food was good - the breakfast had a nice selection and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special dietary requests even making bespoke dishes in the morning and evening - genuinely top level service there. We are vegan and they were very understanding and helped out with a smile! The Peruvian restaurant even had a vegan menu and was really great!

I'd stay again - unless I wanted to be more central. But honestly the best customer service experience I've had at a hotel of this price range.

We fell in love with the hotel from the first moment we got there! We booked a breakfast only studio room, we were told that we are getting an upgrade to a 1 bedroom room instead, and got an awesome room!

Then, we were told that we also get a complimentary dinner! So it was just perfect!

The pools in the hotel are awesome, very quiet and intimate atmosphere, where you can relax and really enjoy the pools too!

The breakfast was awesome, with lots of different choices to eat,

Dinner has a different concept every evening, so it's also a huge plus! (We ate just one dinner as we ordered the breakfast only)

All of the staff we met was also super nice and helpful!

We are shocked that it's not a 5 star hotel, as we were in a lot of 5 star hotels and this one feels WAY above them!

I definitely recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at King Jason was amazing!

The food was good, the pools great, the alcohol top-shelf and very generous, but by the far the best part was the staff.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, with good energy, and not just a fake 'service smile'.

I want to give special thanks to Kira, Niru and Besi: who made the trip something more with their hospitality.

An absolutely unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived the staff, Anna at the front desk, and the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The food and breakfast is delicious and the hotel restaurant is exceptional!!!

The King Jason in Paphos is truly an exceptional hotel that exceeds expectations in every way. This was our second stay, and once again we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our experience.
The facilities are impeccable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.
What truly makes this hotel special is its people. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Special thanks to Maria at Reception for her kindness and excellent service, to Kyra from Guest Relations for her care and attention to guests, and to Mr. Thomas, the Hotel Manager, for his professionalism and the high standards maintained throughout the hotel.
We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the fantastic bar staff, who were always friendly, cheerful, and eager to help. A special thank you as well to all the waiters and waitresses, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude made every meal and every interaction a pleasure. Today, my girlfriend and I completed a wonderful three-night stay at King Jason Paphos. As a Cypriot who has visited many hotels around the island, I can honestly say this hotel stands out and has exceeded our expectations.
Our room was very comfortable, the beds were excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The food was delicious, varied, and of a very high standard. The Peruvian restaurant is a must-try experience, with excellent food and a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. The spa is also a lovely addition—perfect for relaxing and enjoying some peaceful time during your stay.
Above all, the warm atmosphere, attentive service, and genuine kindness of the entire team made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Mrs Maria for her kindness and professionalism, and to Mr Thomas, the hotel manager, for his excellent hospitality and attention to guests. We would also like to thank every member of staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
For us, this hotel delivers much more than a four-star experience—it genuinely deserves five stars. We highly recommend it, especially to couples looking for a relaxing, high-quality adults-only hotel in Paphos.

Highly recommended! A beautiful, quiet and relaxing hotel, with excellent service and a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt thoughtful and well maintained, and the whole stay was truly pampering. Perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
