Although I miss Harmony, Gabriel at the front desk has been a welcome addition! He was accommodating and very pleasant! He always greeted me with a smile when I came in the hotel. I asked to be placed in the quietist room in the hotel and he delivered. I appreciated that!

My family and I traveled all the way from Fort Worth, Texas, and after a long day of flights and navigating the chaos that comes with traveling with two toddlers, we were completely exhausted. From the moment we walked through the doors, Charlie welcomed us with a genuine smile and incredible hospitality that immediately turned our stressful day around.

Not only was the check-in process smooth and efficient, but Charlie went above and beyond by sharing an amazing list of local restaurants, attractions, hidden gems, and entertainment options that only a local would know about. Every recommendation was spot on and helped us make the most of our time in San Diego.

Charlie wasn’t just a front desk representative, he became the tour guide we didn’t know we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and passion for helping guests created an experience that went far beyond excellent customer service. He genuinely cared about making sure our family had an incredible vacation.

If Hotel Indigo is known for outstanding hospitality, Charlie is the perfect example of why. Thank you for making our family feel so welcomed and helping create memories we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back!

Really nice property and rooftop bar.
Just a slight hiccup on saying Brunch was open until 11am but closed at 10am.

The hotel is in a great location. Feels updated and new. Very close to all the action and great views of Petco Field from our one bedroom suite. I would definitely stay again. Check-in was easy and Gabriel make sure we had everything we needed.

Horrible hotel! Staff was rude did not enjoy my stay checked in with Helena did not acknowledge my status as a Diamond member & was extremely rude just found she was a Supervisor they should strip her of that title immediately worst idea ever! Room was not cleaned & Horrible service at rooftop bar spoke with An Andrew did not help to resolve the situation nor was compensation offered, He should not be a Manager! Hotel in geneal needs a major upgrade in staff & room cleaning Worst Hotel property I've been to!!

Our group stayed at Hotel Indigo for a business conference. We have hosted multiple conferences here due to the great location, nice accommodations and superb staff. We have never had any issues and everyone is so accommodating and friendly.

We loved our stay and upgrade from Gabriel! He is knowledgable and great to work with and would stay again if we had a padres game to go to!

The location was the best part of our stay here. It’s only a couple blocks from Petco Park and about a 10 minute walk to the convention center. Inside the hotel, the staff are nice and the public areas are clean and well kept.

Our room was okay - had all the necessities except our TV wouldn’t work (the Dish cable was always down) and our shower had very weak water pressure.

I stayed for 5 nights because of a work conference - I would recommend this hotel for a 1-2 night stay.

Indigo Hotels are often inconsistent in quality in my opinion and often overpriced. This SD option, however, is a solid value for its location...with comfortable rooms, great beds, and gracious staff. It's a very nice casual place rather than a luxury hotel. It's convenient to everything downtown and the train station is within walking distance. Should you want better food options (the breakfast was underwhelming, tho the servers were terrific) there are plenty of other nearby choices and a great take away/cafe/grocery store 5 minutes out the front door. The fun top floor outdoor bar which overlooks the downtown including the ballpark is a plus This is our 3rd stay and we'll be back.

Gabriel at the fromt desk is very professional and his expertise and knowledge on customers needs and expectations to feel at home is the best! 15+ years of traveling, lifetime with hilton… He has made my decision to switch to IHG easy! Please fo what it takes to keep him!!
