Affordable and strategically located in the heart of Singapore.
Pros:

Location was superb! Near MRT and foodcourts.

Cons:

Walls of the rooms were too thin. Had children playing and tv sounds from other rooms.

Overall, the hotel was excellent. Very convenient but remember to bring your own water bottle.

The room, it was very comfortable with my family.and we also liked the location because there was shops nearby.

Nagyon jó helyen van, metróval, busszal gyorsan elérhetők a nevezetességek.
A személyzet nagyon kedves és szolgálatkész.

Cons:

A megrendelt reggelit inkább kihagytuk, mert a minősége nagyon gyenge volt.
A két szomszédos szobából minden áthallatszik, még a köhögés is.
A szoba kicsi.

Pls take care of the expectations of the customers when they book the rooms.
Pros:

The rooms given were on different floors. My request was also not honored to give on the same floor. When I said that I will give bad review on website then I was given second room to same floor on next day.
The water dispenser is only on ground floor. This should be on all the floors. The muslim shower is absolutely not comfortable to use.

Pros:

We were mentally and physically prepared to stay in a budget hotel, meaning we had no expectations. There were no particular complaints, nor was there anything we especially liked; it's just that the price didn't reflect how "budget" the accommodation was. stayed in a twin bed room for 6 nights, room is small, the bed is small. basically you have to bring all necessary amenities by yourself. We book it simply because of its location is close to where my friends are living. Singapore is becoming very expensive. Staffs are having a "cold" attitude which is quite uncommon in service industry.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Miss clary, and Mr. Chen were very helpful, and polite. Helped me with umbrella when it was raining. Helped me with luggage drop as I had arrived early. Complimentary breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Ideally located near lavender MRT. Best for solo/ family travellers.

Pros:

For the value a room without a window is fine. The location was a bit out of the centre yet the bus stop and MRT were close by.
