El lugar y la ubicación
La recepcionista por la mañana, nos atendieron como un poco antipática!!
Accoglienza, disponibilità, servizi, attenzione per il cliente, location, vista.. e ciliegina sulla torta: la funicolare!!! La location è comodissima per la playa più bella di tutta Gran Canaria: Los Amadores! Un po' meno se ci si sposta in bus in quanto le fermate non sono a ridosso dell'hotel.
L'armadio a ponte sul letto 😁 sicuramente permette di avere molto più spazio a disposizione per le proprie cose però a stare seduti prima di coricarsi si beccano molte testate 🤣 ed io non sono altissima: è solo un consiglio a cui aggiungo la posizione infelice del dispenser mani esattamente sopra il rotolo di carta igienica: se fosse posizionato sul lavabo sarebbe meglio

Just returned from the most amazing stay at this hotel.
Firstly the rooms - amazing, clean and spacious with loads of storage. Balcony was huge with sun loungers and table and chairs with amazing sea views. I never usually sleep well but the beds were huge and it was quiet in the evening.
Food was nice, and snacks in the day delicious and cheap.
Pool area was good, no reserving of sun beds, there was always ones available, never any problems there.
Entertainment - now this was just the best, Dave was so personable and he made my sons week, he would ask the kids names straight away and then never forget them. He kept getting them involved in activities and greeted them every single day. My son really liked this and made him feel special. We would return solely to see Dave!
If you want a chill holiday it’s just perfect, bingo and live singer but then quiet and chill.

Loved the rooms, pool and bar area if only they hadn't been drilling it up! The beach is a 10 min walk along the cliff path. The balcony is a great size but looks over other apartments ugly air con units, this really spoils the outlook, a simple balcony screen would make a massive difference.
Staff were overall pleasant but considering the issues we had no one went to any great lengths to try and sort things out.
The lift broke twice, once on arrival so carrying suitcases over 100 steps in hot weather was no fun. No offer of help from staff, we saw other older customers really struggling. We requested a low floor away from the lift.... we got a high floor right next to the lift!
For several days there was consistent really loud drilling while they took up the patio area, it would have been nice to be notified of this work as staying around the pool was unbearable.
When returning back late one night we couldn't gain entry and waited 20mins for security to appear and let us in, an emergency phone number on the door would be useful.
We had to cancel one of our rooms due to a friend's accident. We knew it was non refundable but needed a receipt to say we had pre paid but cancelled the room. This was needed to make an insurance claim. Neither Bahia Blanca or Booking.Com could provide us with one, both stating it was the other parties responsibility.

Fabulous apartments looking out to sea. We like that there are sunbeds on the apartment terrace and a washing machine in the apartment. We have been coming here for over 25 years. It is a great place for families and couples. Dave and James, the entertainment team are a massive part of what makes this place special. They are friendly, fun and brilliant with children.
We absolutely love it here we come every year with our children. Dave and James are amazing with our kids and keep them entertained the main reason we love going to Bahia Blanca is the fact we know the entertainment team will be there and the kids will have the best time
this is a wonderful place to stay, mainly with the entertainment handled by 2 great guys Dave & James, i must say if it weren't for these 2, it wouldn't be the same. they look after the kids and keep you laughing all day long.
the place it self, overall is OK, food is poor but there are 100s of places to go and eat, the choice of the singers in the evening is also poor.
ok for getting a sunbed, the reception staff are also ok.
El personal del hotel es un 10/10. Absolutamente todos, desde la persona de recepcion hasta el ultimo del staff de mantenimiento/limpieza, restaurante, bar, piscina. El hotel excelente ubicado entre la playa de Amadores y Puerto Rico con sus centros comerciales y bares. El desayuno tiene buena variedad y calidad y la cena cambian conforme a los dias por lo que siempre hay algo nuevo que probar.
Si tienes un bebe, el hotel esta en una colina, aunque tiene un elevador no te vas a salvar de subir unas cuantad escaleras con el carrito del bebe. Par de veces al dia ni hay problema, pero si eres de los que va y viene mucho a la habitacion, pues con el bebe/carrito te va a costar un poco.

El personal muy agradable. Buena ubicación y muy bien equipada. Zonas donde caminar bordeando la costa. Playas cerca dando un paseo.
Muchas escaleras, aunque tenían elevadores no cubrían todos los accesos. La animación de piscina con música alta. Decoración algo oscura. El sofá-cama de piel negra, para calor poco adecuado. Aunque más fácil de limpiar, se te pega al cuerpo.
