It was ok for a quick weekend stay
Pros:

The property is extremely large and the signage was great to help locate areas you needed to get to. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and the room was pretty clean. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff are very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

There was no body wash in the shower. There was also no garbage bags in any of the garbage bins. The phone wasn't working properly as when I tried to call front desk it was constantly busy. I thought check out was automatically done however I was informed I had to go to the front desk. When I get to the front all she does is ask me for my room and she goes into the computer for like 5 seconds, Then says your receipt was sent to your email. She didn't inquire about my stay and if every thing was ok.

Pros:

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioner unit in room was so loud you couldn't sleep. The cleaning staff is lazy they didn't put shower curtains up, didn't clean one of the rooms.

I should have been compensated properly for the pool and lighting in the room.
Pros:

The room itself was nice and spacious. I would go back just would check the room before it’s too late.

Cons:

Soon as I checked in , a child vomited in the pool so I couldn’t enjoy that part. Also, there was NO LIGHTING in my bathing area AT ALL! I was told once maintenance come in they would fix it and I’m pregnant so I could have fell.

the bed was shot it was crest in the middle sloping down onto my side of bed.

Llegué a eso de las 1 de las madrugada, la puerta estaba cerrada, duraron mas de 30 minutos para abrir la puerta y recibirnos en el loby, aparentemente está dormida la chica del staff, le pregunté si se había dormido, me contestó de manera grocera, y nos hizo esperar algunos 20 minutos más para hacernos el check in

Camera grande e pulita. Colazione buona.

Cons:

Camera prenotata per 2 adulti tle due bambini, al nostro arrivo non era pronto il divano letto ma lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi. Anche alla domanda del perché la camera non era pronta ad accoglierci, ci è stato risposto che questa era la normalità per loro. Devo ammettere che è la prima volta che non mi sento un "ospite" del residence. Si che non è gratis, quindi se uno prenota per 4 persone, si aspetta una camera pronta per 4 persone. Peccato...

As I stayed for three nights only, that was okay...
Pros:

Variety of breakfast options.

Cons:

HVAC programmed for 78F at breakfast area. Too warm and stuffy; staff could not address the issue to maintain the area at a comfortable temperature.
Bathroom not well lit. Bulbs need to be changed.
Lady at check in on Friday afternoon (July 17, 2026) was completely unprofessional, indifferent, and dismissive. She provided in-person information as if she worked at a low-tier call center.

employee at front desk appeared to be upset and management was not responding appropriately.

Everything was fine just too many restrictions. Too many rules and the fire alarm went off at 6 o’clock in the morning.
