Cons:

The $150 pet fee, we have two small hypoallergenic dogs that never left our side. This fee was almost the same as our hotel fee. In the room a closet door was off the hinge & when the sofa bed was opened there was too little space between the table, the bed & the wall to get through to the bathroom. The access to the pool was strange as we had to go to the front desk to sign a waiver, then knock on the pool door to have the life guard let us in. We couldn’t use the key card to get into the pool area. Since we couldn’t bring the dogs into the pool area, one of us stayed out on the patio while the other was in the pool. When we left the patio after enjoying the empty pool, we had to re enter the hotel through the main entrance, again no key card for the door from the patio. We didn’t feel this was welcoming.

Cons:

We stay at this hotel every month. This last stay we were disappointed with the room service. The room was not cleaned and made up as requested
. The toilet handle was broken and the shower drain was clogged. The water would pool at your feet and overflow. We returned late to the room. The front desk was accommodating and offered a new room. My wife is receiving cancer treatment and had fallen asleep exhausted. So we stayed in the room.

Prima hotel.
Pros:

Grote kamer met aparte slaapkamer. Keuken met alle voorzieningen. Fijn zwembad en een goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Bedbank in de kamer. Om te slapen heb je een topdek matras nodig. Anders voel je de veren.

Staff provided more sheets/towels upon request.

Cons:

Very small rooms. Wobbly furniture. Dirty pool. Picture on booking.com misrepresented room type. Staff did not come to repair TV issue.

It was ok for a quick weekend stay
Pros:

The property is extremely large and the signage was great to help locate areas you needed to get to. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and the room was pretty clean. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff are very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

There was no body wash in the shower. There was also no garbage bags in any of the garbage bins. The phone wasn't working properly as when I tried to call front desk it was constantly busy. I thought check out was automatically done however I was informed I had to go to the front desk. When I get to the front all she does is ask me for my room and she goes into the computer for like 5 seconds, Then says your receipt was sent to your email. She didn't inquire about my stay and if every thing was ok.

Pros:

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioner unit in room was so loud you couldn't sleep. The cleaning staff is lazy they didn't put shower curtains up, didn't clean one of the rooms.

I should have been compensated properly for the pool and lighting in the room.
Pros:

The room itself was nice and spacious. I would go back just would check the room before it’s too late.

Cons:

Soon as I checked in , a child vomited in the pool so I couldn’t enjoy that part. Also, there was NO LIGHTING in my bathing area AT ALL! I was told once maintenance come in they would fix it and I’m pregnant so I could have fell.
