Pros:

The manger was very rude to his employer infront of me. He stated in a very rude tone to this adult male make this your late coffee. I arrived at 330 pm and my room wasn't ready. I pull out bed in the living area smelled like urine. So we can't sleep on it. The life guard at the pool was rude to the kids, screaming at them and mind you their parents were present.

Cons:

Bed smelled like urine. The life guard was rude to my guest. The staff is very unprofessional. The manager is rude to his employees. It was not worth 340 dollars for the night.

It was in the middle of everything we were doing

Cons:

Everything was amazing! The room was great, the amenities were great and so was the location! The staff was also fantastic minus the lifeguard. She was not friendly at all and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

Cons:

We requested to change the date which was offered on the original booking. We sent 2 messages and phoned twice and got booking to message them. Just ignored us. So didn’t get a room unless we paid for another stay. Jeremy is clearly a bad manager and needs to sort himself and his team out.

Convienient location. Nice place. Just some poor circumstances
Pros:

Clean easy to get too.

Cons:

1:30 am evacuation of the building. Due to sprinkler system malfunction is what we were told.
Not good when fire department has issues resetting the system multiple times. We were out of the building for over an hour and a half. By the time we got back to the room we couldn’t get back to sleep. Also. The smell in the room. Was of heavy Indian cuisine. Very strong smelling. Every time we’d enter the room.
