Friendly staff and nice breakfast area

Cons:

Room upon entry made in sloppy way; Installations a bit run down. Temperature control in room not working well. Room too warm to sleep comfortably.

Art Deco styled hotel in the heart of Oslo- highly recommend
Pros:

Set inside an Art Deco building this hotel has character. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Well located in proximity to sights and the station.
Very quiet in our room.

Great location,amazing breakfast and great evening meal.Nice hotel,friendly staff-would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfasts were amazing - a huge selection, the evening meal which was included was very good (we arrived late and the staff plated us up a meal), good location for the Opera House and central station. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

You could change the temperature in the room by +/- 3 degrees which was OK (it was 27 degrees when we were there) - it isn't full air con. we were in a suite as there were 3 of us, it was cooler downstairs, upstairs it was warmer but a fan was provided.

Pros:

Room, location, and breakfast were exceptional.

Cons:

The only issue we had was an unneeded fire alarm during the night. The rest was great.

Pros:

日本語の話せる男性スタッフがいて、親切に対応してもらった。
朝食は品数も多く、美味しかった。
夕食もついていた。朝食に比べるとシンプルだが、十分満足できる内容だった。
利用しなかったが15～17時にお菓子とドリンクのサービスがあるとのことだった。
中央駅に近く、市内の観光地にほぼ徒歩圏内か公共交通で簡単に行くことができた。

Cons:

よくなかった点ではないが、部屋にティッシュがあると便利だと思う。

Super Hotel mit (für mich) perfekter Lage, Kritikpunkte sind wohl in Norwegen standard

umfassendes Frühstücksbuffet,
gratis Kaffe & Kuchen am Nachmittag
sehr gutes Abendessen als Buffet
sehr freundliches Personal (bis auf die Dame an der Espressomaschine)

Cons:

Kaffee beim Frühstück war nicht wirklich gut (selbst der aus der Espressomaschine), Samstag & Sonntag war die Espressomaschine außer Betrieb und der normale Kaffe ist nicht genießbar. :-(
