Tolle Lage, super freundliches , aufmerksames Personal, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück

Excelente pequeno almoço, com tudo o que é necessário. Atendimento e funcionários sempre prestáveis e atenciosos. É ótimo haver café à disposição ao longo do dia na entrada no hotel, assim como o lanche da tarde (fika) também incluído. Recomendo a escolha!

Hôtel très bien situé à 5mn à pied de la gare centrale. Le personnel est très aimable. La chambre était spacieuse. La demi-pension était très pratique et tous les repas étaient délicieux. Même si la chambre donnait côté rue, en fermant les fenêtres le bruit était presque inexistant.

Zentral gelegen, Strawberry-Kette, MEGA Frühstück, Tee und Kaffee in der Lobby 24/7, im alten Stil gehalten, mitten in der Passage des Theatre, nah am Bahnhof, Uber-Taxis halten einwenig entfernt, da sie nicht direkt anfahren dürfen

Tolles Frühstück, sehr zentral, Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor dem Hotel, Abendessen im Preis enthalten

Nett gelegen in der Passage des Folketeateret. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, Fika und Abendessen in nettem Ambiente und Kaffeeecke in der Lobby. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, das bemüht war zu helfen. In Fußdistanz zum Hauptbahnhof, zur Oper und zum Munch Museum. Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Türe.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Zentrum und Bahnhof. Das Frühstück geht an manchen Tagen bis 11 und ist recht umfangreiche. Besonders nett finde ich, dass man in der Lobby auch gratis Kaffe am Nachmittag bekommt.

Příjemní recepční, dobrá snídaně odpovídající 4* hotelu, večeře s dostatečným výběrem salátů + polévka a hlavní jídlo. Pokoj do vnitrobloku, takže v noci klid. Funkční wifi. Dobrá poloha v centru města. A v obou restauracích spousta knih, to bylo super.

Truly, the most accommodating hotel and incredible staff we’ve encountered. Quite simply, they catered to our every need from the moment we arrived.
1. We needed to leave early the following morning so we were going to miss breakfast. Because we arrived so early on check-in day, they offered us breakfast upon our arrival! And they still gave us “to go” breakfast bags for the next morning.
***This breakfast was so incredible quality and selection. As the staff said to us, you need to enjoy the breakfast to get the full experience. How very true! I would go back for that alone.
2. They gave us a room as soon as one became available. In my experience, this is rare today, at least without a fee.
3. We needed an adapter and a fan for the room. Several trips to our room later, all had been accomplished. Most impressive was the fact that we had to leave and yet he (I believe his name was Christopher) continued to work on the issues at hand.
When we arrived back in the room, all was taken care of.
4. Included in the cost of the room was an afternoon snack and a light dinner (more than sufficient for our needs) on the top floor.
Overall amazing.

Breakfast and dinner were superb. I have never had such breakfast in a hotel in my life. There were so many options, and vegan ones as well. The service and quality of the products were outstanding. There was coffee and tea and water at the reception, and afternoon tea as well. Oslo is quite expensive. Breakfast and dinner covered almost 85 percent of our food intake during the day. I emphasize , both meals were abundant, very healthy and varied. I paid 200 dollars more per day to have breakfast and dinner. It was totally worth it. I think that the hotel did not explain quite well how outstanding they are. The staff is always striving for efficiency and high quality of the service. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance of all the attractions except the museums on the island. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. I highly recommend the Vietnamese banh mi and the vegan restaurant Nordvegan. There I ate the best stuffed vegan Paprika of my life,
