Disappointed - not the best hotel to travel with small children - frustrating experience.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and it was clean enough.

Cons:

Everything can be heard through the walls and floors. Every door closing sounds like slamming, and footsteps sound like stomps. This warranted a complaint about our kids who did nothing wrong, but sounded louder due to the thin walls.

It was a great stay with comfort and perks!
Pros:

I liked that I got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost which was perfect since I had 3 grandkids with me. That allowed them to have their own little space to play and hang out.

Cons:

I wish the pool had a shallow entrance for the smaller non swimmer to play and not be afraid to fall into the deeper end. He stayed sitting on the steps next to me to remain safe.

Best hotel and i wish I would have found this place sooner.
Pros:

I like the location because it’s close to everything I do while I’m visiting Houston. I like that the property is clean and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming, I had absolutely no problems and nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect, everything was clean, rooms are nice and spacious.

Cons:

I loved everything about the property
