Black mold and lack of privacy= never staying here again
Pros:

The breakfast was nice

Cons:

There’s black mold in the bathrooms. The blinds do not fully close, so you get a good amount of sunlight coming through and privacy is lost

Over priced, construction noise, pool closed part of the time. Checked in then went to room asked to check out in one day instead of second. Wanted to charge for second day. Will never stay there again

Great stay at a nice hotel .
Pros:

Located right off highway. The king room was nice size with large bathroom
the beds were comfortable and the room was decorated very nice, looked like they just remodeled.

Cons:

I would return in a minute! I gave it a 9 instead of 10 only because the front entrance was completely closed do to their remodeling it, so had to enter through side door.

They were very accommodating for my daughter who was passing through and make sure her late check in was seamless.

Loved the staff very friendly, was not expecting the pool they had in there it was nice. And the breakfast was very good.

Pros:

The breakfast had good choices, oatmeal and waffles, eggs, and meat. The location was convenient close to a lot of attractions the price was decent for the room, and the shower pressure was nice.

Cons:

The construction outside my window until 10pm and the staff really didn't care when asked when the construction crew would stop grinding metal outside my window at 945 pm , she told me to basically deal with it and stated it would probably be another 30 minutes, never apologized for it the construction grinding happened Friday and Saturday night until 10pm . The bathroom was dirty and had blood stains on the wall. The elevator inspection was expired, but I am sure they will get that taken care of.

We paid $333 for this hotel we had been using for 8 years because it is the only one in Lexington that had a hot tub in the pool area and they removed it and didn’t compensate anything for it. 0/10

Miserable. No help in obtaining a refund even though Booking.com got 2 reservations and Fairfield Inn got paid for 2 ro
Pros:

Nothing. Booked this location by mistake. Family was booked at East location. Requested to transfer and was denied. Was willing to stay until I pulled in the parking lot. Ended up leaving and still having to pay even though I was at another Fairfield Inn. If the outside was anything compared to the inside no thank you

Cons:

Under construction. Parking lot full of people hanging out sitting in cars smoking crack/weed. Obvious drug activity. Huge Pile of dirt by the front door. Unsafe environment. Again I ended up paying for 2 rooms through same franchise. Will be calling corporate since Booking.com has left me hanging.
