Very disappointing experience at this hotel.

Unfortunately, while our car was parked in the hotel’s parking lot, someone broke into our vehicle and stole our luggage and valuable belongings. We stayed at this hotel expecting our vehicle and belongings to be reasonably safe while using their parking area.

We have reported the incident to the police and are still waiting for an update regarding our stolen valuables. We have not received our belongings back yet.

This has been a very stressful and upsetting experience for our family. I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously, reviews their parking lot security and camera footage, and helps us with any information that could assist in recovering our stolen belongings.

I would strongly recommend that guests be extremely careful with their valuables and not leave anything in their vehicles.
