L’emplacement, la qualité du petit-déjeuner, le personnel et la literie et les produits de bain.
Il n’est pas concevable, voire honteux de venir dans un hôtel 5 étoiles et de ne pas bénéficier de l’accès à la piscine et au spa comme il est de rigueur dans ce type d’établissement que nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter. Le tarif de 35 euros par personne/ jour laisse le client déçu alors qu’il n’aurait pas hésité à mettre des sous en plus pour un soin et / ou un massage. C’est bien dommage car en plus ce n’est pas annoncé clairement en amont. De plus, à cette période Le choix avait été fait pour un établissement disposant de ce type d’équipement.

Comfortabele kamer met goede bedden en goede douche. Massage was fantastisch.
Alles is stijf en zakelijk ingericht. De bar in de lobby nodigt niet uit om wat te gaan drinken
Good Location
We had a very bad experience after being asked to pay a fee of extra 100euros for a small dog.
We have been given a room that smelled like urine and with a rug full of dark stains. Probably a "special room" for guests with dogs.
Not even one question was asked by the staff about how our stay was when doing the check-out.

In my room the carpet was old and stained and shower had drainage issues.
