Very nice stay, the only thing was there was no iron and you had to pay for the clothes to be sent out to ironed

Really nice hotel in the heart of Florence
Pros:

Location is excellent, staff very courteous and the rooms very comfortable, good size considering historic building.

Cons:

Any use of the spa required payment of extra charge. Not worth if it’s just for a quick relaxation in the hot tub.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

Perfect location walking distance to so much. Beautiful building, as a historic preservation architect I love sleeping under original roof tile and beams! Breakfast had so many selections, our room was very quiet and had two bathrooms!

Amazing hospitality
Pros:

We had the most amazing stay, the service was impeccable and warm. We were on our honeymoon and they really tried to make it special for us with a room upgrade, prosecco and a lovely warm card. Even at checkout they gave us bottles of water for the ride home. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully appointed with excellent service
Pros:

Not only are you in the heart of Florence, steps away from Palazzo Strozzi, Via Tornabuoni shopping, minutes’ walk to Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, but you are under the care of excellent customer service that assures comfort, easy bookings to restaurants and museums and a delicious breakfast in a historic palazzo. The rooms are so beautifully appointed. This hotel is everything you could hope it would be! I look forward to staying again soon!

Pros:

A fabulous stay at the Golden Tower, Hotel and spa! The front desk staff was unbelievable. They went above and beyond to make our staycomfortable and pleasurable. The Wheelchair accessible room was perfect with two bathrooms. The stack wall more than accommodating, putting a ramp outside when I wanted to and leave the hotel. The breakfast was superb! The location was central and could not be more convenient! I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning soon!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a great location in Florence. The manager and staff were all very attentive and personal. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable. It felt like an oasis in the city.
