Amazing stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was the best thing we liked. Central to any and everything. Also the staff were extremely helpful, warm and hospitable. They gave an exceptional service.

Wonderful! Meraviglioso!
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel! An easy 7 minute walk from the train station, it so centrally located that everything is easy to access. The hotel is certainly luxurious and beautifully appointed. My room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. A lovely place for an afternoon siesta on a 38 degree day! The breakfast was absolutely first class and the service from everyone was wonderful. I would stay here again on my next visit to Florence!!

Ho adorato tutto di questo hotel! Si trova a soli 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e gode di una posizione così centrale che tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. L'hotel è decisamente lussuoso e arredato con grande cura. La mia camera era molto confortevole e dotata di un'ottima aria condizionata: un luogo ideale per un riposino pomeridiano in una giornata con 38 gradi! La colazione era di altissimo livello e il servizio offerto da tutto il personale è stato eccezionale. Ci tornerei sicuramente in occasione della mia prossima visita a Firenze!

I arrived few hours earlier and they had a room ready for me. The staff are really nice, very professional and attentive
