Perfect location and great staff
Pros:

We could not have picked a more perfect hotel to base ourselves in for a short break to Florence. The location was ideal, being only a short walk from all of the places we wanted to visit and some excellent restaurants. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and the staff were superb - really knowledgable, helpful and patient considering they must get asked the same questions every day. The restaurants they recommended for dinner were literally within a minute or two of the hotel and each one served great food in different but excellent atmospheres. Breakfast was buffet-style with the option of additional cooked eggs and the coffee was great. All of our needs were met by this fantastic hotel. Highly recommend!

Some of the BEST Florence has to offer!
Pros:

A superb experience! Very professional staff, in a traditional environment that just "felt" like Florence. Very conveniently located, but on a piazza, so there was no local traffic noise. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely come here again.

Royalty service!
Pros:

I have stayed at this incredible hotel before and I was delighted to see that it remained equally as incredible as the first time I stayed. This hotel is located in a wonderful part of Florence. It is amazing for shopping and sightseeing. It is clean and inviiting. However, the best part of staying at this hotel is the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and ever so caring. I especially want to thank Amanda, Culatta and Jamil. I, unfortunately, cannot recall the names of all the staff members who were so kind and so accommodating. The inclusive breakfast is first rate. I was thrilled that the staff at breakfast took my celiac seriously and made every attempt to make certain all was well. One day we had to leave super early and they made provisions to have coffee ready and a to go breakfast bag for us. Mine was marked gluten free. I appreciated this so much. Our room was always clean and fresh. It was comfortable and quiet.
I highly recommend this hotel and their exceptional staff. It is a 5 star plus. Grazie.

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant city !
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay in Florence and what made it worthwhile even more was the stay at this hotel. The hotel was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for you. All the staff were helpful and very attentive, especially Namu (sorry if I misspelled) and Amanda ! If we do come back to Florence in a few years then for sure we would stay here ! Wonderful stay in the center of Florence
Pros:

Just getting around to writing this review. My sibling and I stayed at the Golden Tower Hotel and Spa back January 24 for 3 nights. Everything was perfect! The hotel location is off on a quiet small street yet close to everything. We easily walked to all of the sights, even from the train station when arrived and return was an easy walk. Our rooms were luxurious with very comfortable beds. Housekeeping kept the rooms very clean. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices both hot and cold. The people were pleasant. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thanks for such an amazing experience!

A hotel to return to
Pros:

A lovely return visit for 6 nights to The Golden Tower Hotel. All the staff were genuinely pleasant and helpful, every need met. Deluxe room with a very comfortable bed, the room was a peaceful retreat from the busy city. It had everything you could ask for, beverage making facilities, fridge, luxury bathroom, particularly loved the Roberto Cavelli products. Hotel is located in a great central position making it easy to explore. Look forward to another return visit.

A really lovely stay at the Golden Tower
Pros:

A gem of a family run hotel in central Florence, within 7-10 minutes of most attractions. Spent 5 very enjoyable nights (including a birthday) which everyone in the hotel went above and beyond to make special - thank you. We had a his/ hers massage in the spa which was relaxing, and our room 501 has a separate jacuzzi & an outdoor area to sit and relax.
Considering breakfast is advertised as a buffet, you are offered cooked eggs and bacon along with a wide selection of croissants and fruits. As my wife will attest I’m someone who likes to set the bar high, & would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely boutique hotel. Our thanks and congratulations, to The Golden Tower staff!
