Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic, and the staff were so friendly. We had an early flight that required us to get a taxi at 4am, and the staff kindly had a boxed breakfast for us to take to the airport because we were leaving prior to the complimentary breakfast. The room was large in comparison to most European hotel rooms.

Best hotel of our four city stay in Italy!
Pros:

We loved this hotel! Friendly, professional, responsive staff - everyone we met made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast buffet is excellent - I loved the house made peanut butter for my toast! Home made biscotti were left in my room each evening - delicious treat! We made use of the spa for massages and the sauna - lovely to do after wandering Florence. Centrally located to so many great restaurants and museums; we walked to many places. Highly recommend if you plan a trip to Florence.

Bien ubicado en el mismo centro de Florencia. No tiene parking propio asi que un valet parking estaciona el coche. Precio 45 euros por dia. Habitacion muy luminosa y comoda. Personal amable.Buen wifi. Instalaciones lujosas
