Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito, tiene un ambiente fresco y peculiar, la alberca es amplia, la playa y el centro de la ciudad estan cerca y me encanto la vista de mi cuarto.

Cons:

Para personas de la tercera edad tiene un exceso de escalones para subir y bajar a todos lados.

Hermoso Hotel tipo Rústico PERO con todo lo que necesitas
Pros:

Me encantó desde que llegamos cómo te reciben.
De la habitación que nos tocó, que tiene vista al mar, una decoración increíble, todo muy mexicano. El diseño de la habitación con jacuzzi y las camitas individuales para los pequeños, el mobiliario de madera tallada, el baño con tina. La alberca preciosa pensando en todas las edades. Los camastros super cómodos. El acceso a la Playa. Y también que hay restaurantes cerca. Y la maravillosa gente. Todo increíble.

Cons:

Un pequeño detalle... Probablemente pase en cualquier lugar, y a veces hasta no nos damos cuenta. PERO lamentablemente no es lo que uno quisiera ver: vimos a una mosca poniendo larvas en la ventana por dentro de la habitación.

La propiedad es realmente HERMOSA! Hace mucho no estaba en un hotel tan bello!

Cons:

La comida la vdd no está tan buena y está carisisisisismo!! Los meseros se tardan muuuchoooo en atenderte donde sea que estés.. aunque sean amables algunos y otros son neutrales pero parece que lo hacen de mala manera, hay muchos insectos en todos lados!!
En mi cuarto un día me desperté con uno caminándome mientras dormía, también vi cucharas y hormigas todo el tiempo!
El agua de la regadera es tibia pero nunca calienta

Fabulous Stay!
Pros:

I absolutely love this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and the service is fantastic. The food and drinks are excellent and the rooms and the grounds are lovely. Every time we go to Zihua we stay here and it never disappoints. I highly recommend this place.

Cons:

One day there was an extremely large party at the pool and the pool area really wasn't kept clean at all during that day. Otherwise it is always clean.
