Quiet hotel in a relaxed island close to the centre

zalige , verassende citytrip
Pros:

Mooie locatie. Wel even stappen naar het centrum , maar daartegenover staat de rustige ligging en bijgevolg dus ook geen avond of nachtlawaai.
Het hotel straalde een echt 'Zweeds sentiment' uit. En dit in de faciliteiten , de aankleding ( zowel van het hotel als het personeel ) en het eten.

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen....of ik moet de erg dunne kussens van het bed aanhalen om toch iéts te kunnen zeggen. ( doch op simpel verzoek werden er extra kussens aangeleverd , probleem(pje) dus snel van de baan

My fifth stay there and it feels like home.
Pros:

The tranquil location of the hotel and access to the ferry and easy walk to many areas is wonderful, as is the garden terrace area. The breakfast is exceptional and we had a great dinner at the restaurant as well. The staff are professional and very helpful. The rooms are compact but very comfortable.

Cons:

The light fittings above the bed are not well designed and get in the way. Small issue however.

schöne Unterkunft, Hotelangebot leider sehr übersichtlich, Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich;

Perfektes Hotel zum Entspannen und Erkunden von Stockholm!
Pros:

Hotel Skeppsholmen hat alles was wir gesucht haben: Es ist komfortabel, citynah und dennoch ruhig im Grünen gelegen, mit tollem Frühstück, einem perfekten Restaurant und sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Alles hat einfach gestimmt und die Fähre nach Gamla stan macht den Besuch des historischen Stockholm zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.

Bedding down in the barracks
Pros:

The location is great- by the waterfront and handy for the ferry. The rooms in this converted barracks are small, but they are so well designed that they just work. Staff are delightful and breakfast is excellent.
