Great value hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, exceptionally friendly staff. Hotel gleaming and spotlessly clean. Room spacious and exceptionally clean. Amazing comfortable bed and a soft option pillow giving a great night's sleep.

Cons:

No balcony, felt enclosed in the room so it was just a room to sleep in and shower.

Overall just an okay experience. Nice restaurants and marina in the doorstep. It seems a little bit out dated.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff is polite and helpful, specially our housekeeper who went above and beyond. Great credit to your hotel. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options, nice choice of hot and cold items. Beds were most comfortable. We are definitely coming back for our winter break. Cheers xxx

Free Off street parking (though takes a few rides round in high season)

Extra mention for very attentive cleaners.
Adequate breakfast

Cons:

No English channels on the TV worked.
The Bar/Restaurant attached to hotel which we have used on previous visits as its handy after a busy day, had a "singer" on the Friday evening, so limited seating to eat, but wouldn't have been pleasant as music so loud and in my opinion not good. We always choose this hotel in this area as you don't get this kind of entertainment.
