I would be happy to use this hotel at this location again for a one-night stay.
Pros:

Online booking when my flight was cancelled was easy and speedy. Taxi driver at Sete Rios bus station knew the hotel so no problems getting there. Room was clean, and had everything I needed (kettle and mug!). My room was very quiet and I was able to sleep. Staff were very helpful in arranging my taxi back to airport at 2.30am. Lots of cafes and bars within a 10 min stroll. Hotel red wine was very pleasant.

Cons:

As a lone female wanting a walk after a long journey the neighbourhood felt intimidating as lots of young men in hoodies and smoking dope were hanging around, this may have been due it being a public holiday or it may be the usual situation. I was not approached, it just felt intimidating. The ample evening buffet food (extra 18Euro) was pretty tasteless but then it was just a fuel stop. The buffet wasn't open until 7pm, I would like to have eaten earlier - there was no option to purchase food separately. The complementary single serve PG Tips tea bag in the room didn't give a good cuppa.

Disappointing for a well known chain
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

No plug for the bath. Two bottles of shampoo and no conditioner. But the big issue was a member of housekeeping staff letting themselves into my room in the morning, before I had checked out! This is unacceptable.

Cons:

Cadeiras e carpetes sujos. O quarto estava limpo mas o carpete causava má impressão. Cadeiras da recepção e do restaurante sujas.

A very basic hotel. Having stayed at 249 hotels in 38 countries I have an idea about what to expect.
Pros:

That it was close to the airport (for us coming in just to spend the night between arrival and departure).

Cons:

The receptionist did not smile or say welcome. He responded to the question about transport to the airport with no enthusiasm - like we were not present. The persons in the restaurant for the dinner as well as the woman for breakfast showed very little interest for the job.

David one of the staff members was rude and smug, he spoke in a condescending manner and cancelled our shuttle then acted as though we cancelled it. He was very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Hotel bem localizado,mas cobram pelo transporte ao aeroporto.Melhor usar uber

Localizaçao e jantar do restaurante.Quarto muito bom

Cons:

Cobrar 5 Euros por pessoa pra levar ao aeroporto e se tiver mala de tamanho maior 5 euros tbm.Fica mais barato usar uber.Deveria ser gratis.E infelizmente o atendimento dos funcionarioa portugueses ,muitas vezes é ruim.Sao antipaticos e cara fechada.
