Bed was good and the room was clean. Breakfast looked good, although we departed for the airport too early. The shuttle service was helpful.
This was my fault, but somehow I booked the accessible room, so the bathroom was terrible for us. The blue shower curtains dragged on the floor, it seemed like a hospital bathroom. The handheld shower leaked and sprayed everywhere and was only useful for someone in a wheelchair.

I asked for a hotel with pool. There was not a pool in complex.

Diferente do cardápio que tem no site do Hotel, Foi questionado se havia algum tipo de lanche ou sanduíche, conforme consta no site e foi informado que não havia este serviço, apenas aqueles lanches disponíveis da máquina na recepção que infelizmente eram ruins
