Pros:

Bữa sáng tương đối. Phòng nghỉ đẹp, tuy nhiên phòng nghỉ 1114 cần kiểm tra lại máy lạnh , nhất là ngay họng xả khu vực giường ngủ, không mát mặc dù đã mở 16 độ. Đặc biệt cải thiện mùi của phòng nghỉ, vì có mùi ẩm thấp, có lẽ là mùi của thảm.

Cons:

Cải thiện lại món phở và bún bò. Thật sự bếp khách sạn 5 sao nấu món này cực kỳ dở, nước lèo của cả 2 quá nhạt nhẽo

ĐIỂM CỘNG:

Về độ sạch sẽ thì khỏi bàn, nhân viên rất thân thiện, đồ ở nhà hàng ăn trưa và ăn tối khá ngon, giá hơi đắt thì không có gì lạ vì ăn trong khách sạn tất nhiên không thể rẻ rồi nhưng bù lại, đồ ăn cho bữa trưa và bữa sáng rất ngon, từ món Âu tới món Á tới hải sản, tất cả đều làm rất ok.

Không gian phía bể bơi rất thoáng mát, bể bơi đa dạng độ sâu. Lúc nào cũng có 1-2 nhân viên cứu hộ trông xung quanh nên rất yên tâm.

1 SỐ ĐIỀU MÌNH CHƯA THẤY ỔN

1. Bồn tắm trong phòng mình khi đầy nước, xả bỏ thì tiếng kêu thoát nước rất to, như tiếng máy gầm ấy, không biết là bị tắc gì đó hay tại sao, âm thanh khá khó chịu

2. Nhà tắm không có khóa riêng, WC bên trong nhà tắm cũng ko có cửa riêng. Đi 2 người sống về thời Adam và Eva với nhau thì chẳng sao, nhưng lần này mình đi có cả trẻ con nên thấy cũng hơi bất tiện

3. Mình ở tầng 15, lan can mặt trước thì ok, nhưng lan can 2 bên của ban công, thanh đứng khá rộng, bé thứ 2 nhà mình 3 tuổi, 11kg, chui lọt được người. Dù khách sạn cũng rất cẩn thận ghi chú "người lớn đứng kèm cùng trẻ em khi ra ban công" nhưng thực sự, nếu cải thiện được kích thước lan can thì yên tâm hơn rất nhiều.

4. Mạng Wifi hơi yếu, thật sự luôn.

5. Thịt xông khói của bữa sáng, nấu bị khô với cóng quá. :((((((

An historic hotel that continues to deliver quality service.
Pros:

Excellent location, central to back beach boardwalk, and walking distance left or right to shops with beach directly opposite.

Cons:

This is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel - each of the last four years and will continue to select this hotel as being the best hotel in Vung Tau.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

We loved the architecture of this hotel. We upgraded to a king room with beach view. The size of the room and sea view definitely worth the upgrade.
The staff at this hotel were amazing and could not do enough to make sure that your stay was enjoyable. Mike whitney and Yan are a credit to The Imperial.

Relaxing, comfortable fun and tasty thank you
Pros:

The property was beautiful and this right on the beach and main street. We were greeted promptly and friendly. Mr. Steven the manager was very professional and once again friendly I was given drink tickets as a welcome we were welcomed with beautiful fresh juice. Our rooms were prepared and ready for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lifeguards at the pool are very nice and very helpful and friendly to the children much appreciated. The food is excellent wonderful Pho
All the food is very good a step above most hotels
The phone party at the swimming pool was a huge success for my children. We had a wonderful day and look forward to returning and visiting again if I was you, I’d book an extra day.

Cons:

I wish they had a microwave. I’m sure there’s a reason they don’t want you cooking or doing much into the kitchen area because a lot of guest would used this privilege and a microwave would be very convenient. I should ask. Maybe they had one I don’t use that much but it’s very convenient especially when you have different needs than most.
