Tôi rất thích sự chu đáo và thân thiện của nhân viên. Mọi người luôn niềm nở, nhiệt tình và tạo cảm giác rất thoải mái trong suốt thời gian lưu trú.

Cons:

Khách sạn đạt tiêu chuẩn 5 sao nhưng tôi hơi thất vọng về một số tiện nghi. Ổ cắm điện để sạc điện thoại khá bất tiện, Wi-Fi rất yếu và Smart TV không thể kết nối để xem YouTube. Gia đình tôi đến đúng những ngày trời mưa nên phần lớn thời gian phải ở trong khách sạn, vì vậy việc không thể sử dụng TV và Wi-Fi để giải trí khiến trải nghiệm chưa được trọn vẹn. Hy vọng khách sạn có thể cải thiện những vấn đề này trong thời gian tới.

Ở với gia địn thì vui nhưng bị thất vọng chỗ nghỉ

Chỗ nghỉ đã lâu và và hotel lớn nên rất có tiếng, mình đã nhiều lần mong đợi sẽ có dịp được đến nghỉ tại đây

Cons:

Nhưng mình thật sự hoàn toàn thất vọng, khi chỗ nghỉ đã lâu đời nên không tránh khỏi mùi ẩm thấp, thiết bị thì xuống cấp, vòi vệ sinh phòng mình bị rò rỉ nước nên sàn nhà luôn trong trạng thái ướt át. Vị trí hồ bơi rất đẹp, nhưng để về phòng thì phải đi ngang nhà ăn và sảnh chính, cực kỳ bất tiện (chẳng may mình đi sai thì cũng k thấy ai hướng dẫn lại, vì mình đi qa lại tận 4-5 lần). Đồ dùng trong phòng cũng khá là sơ sài so vs các ks 5* khác mình từng ở

Un hôtel qui sort de l’ordinaire, un passage obligatoire si vous passez à Vung Tau
Pros:

Un hôtel qui se distingue des autres. À faire absolument si vous passez quelques nuits à Vung Tau. Ce qu’on aime c’est la passerelle directement connecté à l’hôtel pour accéder à la plage privée. Petit bar à la plage où vous pouvez aussi commander des cocktails, confectionnés au bar de l’hôtel et servis à la plage.

Cons:

L’hôtel jouit d’une infrastructure remarquable mais certains endroits manquent dramatiquement d’un rafraîchissement ou entretien. Le jour de notre visite seul un des 2 bains moussants fonctionnait. L’éclairage du hall principal mériterait d’être réétudié.

khách sạn gần trung tâm, kế sát biển. các dịch vụ khá đầy đủ tuy nhiên giá cả hơi cao. trong khuôn viên có hồ bơi và sân chơi cho các bé nhỏ.

thái độ của bạn lễ tân không ổn, khách hỏi thì trả lời không được lịch sự. thủ tục checkin rất lâu, làm thủ tục ở quầy nay xong phải qua quầy khác đi khá xa để lấy thẻ key. thẻ key bị lỗi báo nhiều lần mới sửa. nội thất xuống cấp nhiều, không phân biệt thang khô và ướt, khách từ hồ bơi hoặc biển đi vào ướt chẹp nhẹp rất dơ.
