I was disappointed
Pros:

It was close to my son

Cons:

They wouldn’t open the pool because it rained the night before. The breakfast was the same each day no beacon option. They stuck me on the 4th floor the furtherest room. The towels were rough: the cheapest towel. The shower curtain would slide down so the floor would get wet. No bath mat. A third of the TV screen was dark. The hotel reduced their stay rate but that lower rate wasn’t offered to me.

Cons:

Twice, two other couples were given keys to our room. Front desk said the computer showed that our room was empty. Thankfully we were in the room when they started to come in. Then as I returned back to our room, my key would not open our door. It had to be reprogrammed. I felt sorry for the other couples who had their carts loaded with luggage who had to find different rooms.

We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.
Pros:

Staff, Room, Breakfast, location, value, perfect in all aspects. The front desk staff moved us to a quieter room upon request after the first night. That was very helpful. The location was perfect for going on many hikes in and around Asheville. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very spacious and clean.

Room was clean with no bugs. Utensils and napkins were plentiful. Fridge and microwave worked well. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Few low carb options for breakfast. Eggs were watery. No curtains on the windows. Toilet lever was hanging (although still worked well to flush). You can hear people talking in neighboring rooms.
