Me hicieron un cargo no autorizado a mi tarjeta yo ya había pagado la estadía por Booking.com y ellos me la cobraron a mi tarjeta otra vez si mi permiso, Booking los llamo y les dijo que ellos tenían el dinero en una tarjeta virtual en sistema y ellos aún así no me dieron mi rembolso ahora estoy tratando que el banco me devuelva

Además tenían el mismo desayuno todos los días estuve 6 días y todos los días fue exactamente lo mismo y no tenían nada de proteína y siempre estaba vacío así fueras a las 7:45 y empezaba a las 7:30

Y los del counter muy amargados solo una rubia que no se su nombre ella fue muy amable en medio de la 4ta noche el aire se dañó y ella muy amable nos asignó otro cuarto y eran ya las 2am

Lots of concerns with this visit.
Pros:

I liked the price compared to other places I looked at. I was able to check in early with no problems. Enough parking space. Good selection on the tv to watch.

Cons:

There were some things I didn’t like, such as the breakfast time I thought was at 6am. We were checking out at 6:50 and the breakfast was all set up. We started to get breakfast and the worker rudely stops us and tells us we can’t eat til 7am. Then we turned to leave and she says alright we can but we must stay over in the corner. Then I stated we were just grabbing and leaving.
Next there was a homeless man sitting at my front bumper in the parking lot at 6:50 am. This was concerning as it was just me and my daughter on this trip. And just odd to have people sitting by visitors cars in the parking lot.
The walls were very thin, lots of loud noises and talking the whole stay.
The WiFi password did not work.
Large crack under the door I stuff with a towel.
Bed was very squeaky.
All night long car alarms were going off not sure if it was due to trying to scare homeless people away from cars or what.

Pros:

Location was great, rooms are clean and breakfast was great

Cons:

The staff on our first night checking in had a soccer game on his phone plus a conversation on speaker phone. He didn’t get off the phone once. That is poor customer service.

The fact that we couldn’t get extra towels and washcloths. There were 2 separate times where our key cards deactivated and we had to get new ones. The tub in our room was stopped up (clogged, so the water drained slowly.

Decent stay for a night or two and it fit our needs

Cons:

We we on the first floor across from the ice machine that was noisy and we could also hear people in the rooms next to us. The walls seemed very thin
