Clean, great room, comfy . Good breakfast
All was good and great for the price.
Friendly staff specially at front desk
A mirror next to the elevator on floor 3 rd
House staff very good, parking close to door, elevator close quiet, spacious, clean and comfy.

Perfect location for Adventurers:
The location is absolutely Perfect for an outdoor adventurer! It's in great proximity to the Blue Ridge Mnts and other outdoor destinations.
Great Staff:
The staff were patient, sweet and very very helpful! I felt welcomed and heard throughout my trip here.
Great Parking Lot:
There were so many parking spots to choose from when I visited! I was always left with several spots to choose from every time I came back from my exploring.
GPS inaccurate to actual parking lot entrance/Issue:
There needs to be a GPS update for this particular hotel location. The GPS the entire trip kept telling me to turn into the Sleep Inn next door. The hotels do not connect, so you have to exit and go back on that busy road, just to turn quickly back into this hotel parking lot.
Linen Issue:
Plus, the linen was a huge problem for myself and other guests. As I was walking up to the hotel staff about my damages/uncleaned linen (covered in-what I hope was-- red make-up/Yuck), another guest was complaining about their bed sheets being dirty. Plus the curtains had stains on them as well.
This is a safety concern to have linen have the last guests residue on new guests linen. This can cause contamination and can spread germs etc!
Breakfast was Very Underwhelming:
The breakfast selection was severally underwhelming! I got downstairs ready to chow down on some yummy breakfast. I was met with wet scrambled eggs, soggy French toast, chalky tasting biscuits, with a medicore gravy option to top it with. The best options for me were the cereal and milk options. I loved speaking with the guest downstairs.
Poor Lighting in my room:
There were multiple lamps within my room that were very dim. I had to remove the lampshades just to get decent lighting across the room.
There were separately about five lamps in my room, instead of just one overhead light. The lighting in the room was awkward, so I used the bathroom lights to organize all of my stuff.
The location was good. Not far from the Biltmore and great restaurants. The breakfast was decent and the gentleman taking care of breakfast was wonderful! He kept that room super clean and stocked.
The night manager (Josh, I think) spoke loudly and harshly to my brother simply because he was questioned about allowing cars with no Disability sign to park in Disability spaces. He argued that it wasn't our business and he'd had a hard day. Well it WAS our business. That person should have been told to move their car. We had to park much farther away rather than in a handicap parking space. Josh was RUDE and no manager should ever speak to a customer like that. That night the room next to us was extremely noisy even though the hotel requires you to sign a quiet time rule. In fact, it was the manager that caused a lot of the issue. He knocked on their door at midnight, but not to quiet them. Rather to inform them loudly that their child had stolen an item from the hotel lobby store. Yelling, crying and rucus insued ALL NIGHT LONG. It was well after 3:30 a.m. before things settled down. Also on day 3, with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and management knowing we were still there, housekeeping just used their key and barged into our room claiming they were checking on towels. Very rude and unprofessional. What if I had been changing clothes?? Then when we checked out the woman actually REFUSED to give me a receipt claiming they had not inspected the room to see if we had destroyed or stolen anything. We are an elderly couple, always respectful of our surroundings. Retired and traveling. I have been using Booking.com for many, many years and have NEVER encountered this issue. Needless to say, we will never stay at that hotel or any of the same brand name again. It was a vacation and they made it both stressful and sleepless. I will be writing a letter to the corporate office for all the good it will do. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Lots of other choices near by.
