I will definitely stay at the hotel when next I visit Istanbul in shaa Allah.
Pros:

Good location and very good staff.
My appreciation goes especially to Rabiah , she was very very nice and helpful and all the other staff were also so warm and welcoming.

Cons:

There’s a construction site behind the hotel which made our sleep uncomfortable but after complaining our room was immediately changed.

It was an amazing stay. Thank you to everyone.👏 I will visit again.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb. Also Breakfast and dining area was really beautiful and comfortable. Thank you to Mete bey, Munevver hanim and Ege bey at the breakfast area.
The reception area and the entrance of the hotel/decoration and music choices was great and peaceful. Thank you to Mustafa bey and Efe bey for their kind welcome.
The room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was facing the main street and the traffic sound coming from the street was very loud.
I guess sound proofing windows are not enough.

Also AC was working very loud, during the day front rooms heating up a lot since the sun coming directly into the room. Although curtains are closed all the time, room temprature is very high and we have work the AC all the time. I am guessing this is only a problem in july and august.

Heerlijk hotel, heerlijk rustige sfeer.
Pros:

De bedden waren erg comfortabel, de kamers lekker rustig (7e etage) en het hotel zelf zag er ook goed uit. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en het personeel was SUPERvriendelijk.

Cons:

We wilden even lekker zwemmen omdat het warm was. Netjes op de kamer onder de douche geweest en dan met badjas naar beneden, maar we moesten een badmuts op. Mannen en vrouwen, dit in verband met de hygiëne. We zijn niet gaan zwemmen want het is gewoonweg te warm voor een badmuts en de hygiëne is niet een valide argument, want als dat echt belangrijk is dan laat je iedereen douchen bij aankomst en is er bijv een voetenbad waar iedereen door moet.
Jammer van het zwembad.

Pros:

The room view is impossible to forget! Very beautiful and comfortable room. The Staff was also very friendly. It was quite easy to get around from there, either by taxi or walking!

Best hotel in Ankara
Pros:

I've had my fair share of hotel stays and I can confidently say this hotel is at a whole different level. The staff (and I literally mean EVERYONE) take care of you as if your satisfaction and comfort adds to their lifespan while keeping a very positive , can-do attitude.

The location is very convenient, the rooms are nice and clean and all but that's all logistics. Nothings comes even close to the experience provided by the staff.

My compliments to the hiring team, good job.

La clim ne marche pas dans la chambre, 28° alors qu'à l'extérieur il fait 10°.
Lors du check-out la réceptionniste voulait me refacturer le séjour alors que j'ai tout payé sur booking, son collègue lui a corriger l'erreur mais quand même elle a commencé à me parler mal..
