Reservation was a mistake and a miscommunication with the hotel receptionist so I'm out $160

The receptionist gave me false information about a modification to a booking and didn't modify and instead booked another one through Hilton itself so I'm out $160

This is my fourth year of driving from Michigan to Indy, and this has been my favorite place so far!
Pros:

Clean and spacious! The whirlpool tub was a nice surprise!

Pros:

Convenient location, excellent parking, very quiet. I also appreciated the bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

Cons:

Front desk person at arrival not very friendly, but check-out person was great. A few more towels would have been nice.
