The elevator got blocked while we were in it a few times and made a very concerning sound. We did not feel safe in the elevator.

The location was great and friendly staff.
The broken elevator, parking was not included, and room was not the best.
Location
There was only one elevator working during our 4 night stay. Had to wait for a long time for the elevator to show up. We showed up at 5 pm and no rooms were ready. We had to wait in the lobby for about half an hour and ended up being late for our event that evening. We were told check in was 3:00. Also only 1 ice machine and it was on the ground floor. It was a big issue especially with having to wait so long for the elevator. Stairs were not an option since we were on the 10th floor. Our beds were never made and no cleaning by housekeeping. We had to ask for towels, clean cups, etc.
The property was very nice!
I didn’t like the pay for parking. That should be free for staying there.

Id like to start by first saying that Luis at guest services was the absolute best! He was very friendly, welcoming and made check a very personable experience with his smile, laugh and one of a kind personality. Our weekend stay at the Aloft was nothing short of amazing. The area was very conveniently located to a variety of shops/restaurants/bars/etc... will certainly visit again for any future stays when we are in town.
I want to say Thank you To Morgan for making my stay the best ever I'll definitely be coming back to stay again
