I genuinely had such a great stay. The staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of!
Pros:

I really love this hotel! When I got there, Brittany was welcoming everyone with champagne, which was honestly MUCH needed after a long day of airport delays. It was such a nice surprise and definitely helped turn my day around. Morgan and Luis were so sweet and hilarious at check-in. They had me laughing the whole time and made everything so easy. Everyone was super welcoming, and you can really tell the staff cares about their guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a nice atmosphere. I had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Pros:

I liked everything, the front desk attendants were super nice and relatable, louie and Morgan. Even in the middle of distress last night over the elevators not working, they made our little extra wait worthwhile. The hotel overall is really moderns and looks amazing, they mentioned they had just undergone a remodelation and it looks amazing! Next time I got to try the heated pool. Probably be coming back in the winter!! If there’s a manager reading this, awesome job recruiting these amazing people all over the hotel

Pros:

The bartender Frank makes really good drinks and I live in spring, but we wanted a little staycation. We now know the Morgan and Luis will be at the front desk. Next time we come it was amazing. They were really happy to see us for some reason that I love the remain unknown to me. But they’re the best making you feel welcome even if they haven’t seen you thank you Morgan and Luis. We are coming back. Amazing. Amazing look as well for the hotel.

I liked everything and so did my wife. The only thing was maybe a microwave in the room, but that’s it

Great room, amazing city view, and even better service from the front desk team.
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay! Morgan and Luis at the front desk were literally the best and made check-in super easy. The room was nice and clean, and I was upgraded to a higher floor with an awesome view of the city. Definitely made my stay even better. I’ll be back!

Great vibes, great food, great drinks, and the Dream Team made my stay unforgettable!
Pros:

Aloft Houston is officially my go-to spot whenever I’m in Houston. The whole stay was a vibe from start to finish. The check-in experience was honestly unlike any hotel check-in I’ve ever had in the best way. Morgan and Luis had me laughing the whole time. 😂 They call themselves the “Dream Team,” and I can confirm… the name is VERY accurate. The bar was another highlight. Good food, good drinks, good energy, exactly what you want when you’re trying to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy the night without even having to leave the hotel. Everything about the stay felt fun, comfortable, and welcoming. Morgan and Luis really set the tone and made me feel like a regular, even though I was checking in like everyone else.
I’ll be back in December for my birthday, so that should tell you everything you need to know! Every time I’m in Houston, Aloft is my first choice. If you’re coming to Houston, definitely stay here and do yourself a favor and ask for Morgan and Luis. The Dream Team is the real deal! 🔥

A super cute stay with great vibes, and Morgan made my birthday feel extra special!

Honestly had such a good stay here! The hotel was really cute, clean, and had such a nice vibe without feeling overly fancy or stuffy. Morgan at check-in was SO sweet and welcoming. She even gave me a free drink for my birthday, which was such a cute surprise 🥹 Definitely made the whole stay feel a little more special!

Worst hotel experience
Pros:

Worst hotel ever! Stayed in room 1023 for 2 nights no tv or phone service at all. Maintenance came to fix tv and he couldn't fix it. They said they would change my room never did. Ask for corporate number or guest service and the front desk worker gave me the hotel front desk number instead. She lied and said that the manager is not coming in. Asked what could be done they said nothing. I had other people in 3 other rooms that will be also giving an review. 214-563-7066
