Aloft by Marriott Houston by the Galleria

First time staying at the aloft Marriott Houston by the Galleria I wanna start of by saying huge shout out to Morgan one of the most professional nicest front desk agent I’ve met her customer service was 10 out of 10 I checked in after 11 I asked for a request to be on a higher floor if available and when I got to my room, I was not expecting that view. The room was super nice, and clean. She made my first time staying here such an amazing night. I definitely recommend this hotel for anybody that is wanting to stay around the galleria area.

The two gentlemen at the Keith and Keshawn were very helpful and and hospitable.

Keith was absolutely outstanding, he provided me a great room with the space I needed and helped me get connected for a meeting I had to attend on my computer. Looking forward another stay at this hotel.

The service my mother received while staying at the Aloft Galleria was unlike any other. She can’t stop telling me about how great of a time she had while in town and how the Front Desk lady Morgan was extra friendly and helpful during her stay. We are already planning our next family outing and look forward to staying here again in the near future and thank you Morgan for taking great care of my mother’s needs while she was there.

I came to Houston to meet with a friend for the weekend. I decided to stay at the Aloft by the Galleria mall. Before I came I received a text from the hotels front desk and Courtney, welcoming me to the hotel and asking if there was anything she could do to help me with my stay. As my flight was late and I was getting in after midnight, I was concerened that when I arrive at that late hour, I would not have a room that I would want as others who would have checked in earlier would be given better options. So I asked Courtney to secure my room and upon my arrival was told that a room was secured for me with a note not to move me. Upon leaving since I had a late flight, I asked for a late check out and was given it. The hotel is centrally located, the staff was great and I was happy I chose this hotel for my trip. DG

I am pleased with the Aloft in the Houston Galleria . I am loyal customer of yours because of Courtney & room cleaning service the first time I stayed here . This is my 3 rd stay in the hotel from July 9 th to July 14 th . Also , I got excellent customer service from Morgan, Keith , Angel , Keshawn, Britney . I repeat room cleaning service led by Lyanne is excellent . I will stay again every time I come to Houston

location and staff

The location is very convenient, close to everything you need - the mall, restaurants etc. It is 25 mins away from the airport which makes it very easy to get in and out of town. The rooms are also comfortable.

I came and visited aloft by galleria and I had a wonderful experience from checking in with morgan( she was super pleasant and sweet and made check in a breeze) the location is perfect and the amenities were great
