Excellent stay, beds were awsome.

Gut für Familie mit kleinen Kindern, die das Schwimmbad zu schätzen wissen.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut, der Schwimmbadlärm schaltet durch das ganze Hotel. Auch hat das Personal auf den Gängen morgens früh geklappt. Zu laut.
Es fehlte auch ein 2. Nachttisch.

Pros:

Très bien, propre, personnel sympathique

Cons:

La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur un assez forte lumière pour un passage qui est resté allumé toute la nuit, ce qui nous a occasionné des difficultés à dormir vu que les rideaux ne couvrait pas la luminosité.

Cons:

Room did not get dark due to poor choice of window covering, poor installation of same and room adjacent to an entrance with light on all night
Unable to open window due to smokers in adjacent entrance
Paid anticipating breakfast … then told no breakfast due to Covid… seriously? Told at desk it was no problem bc Tim Hortons was next door … but no reduction in price or coupon offered.

Good place to stay en route to Jasper
Pros:

Very comfy& tidy room. Easy to get too. Highly recommend the Caribou Restaurant in Valemount just up the road (hotel staff kindly made reservations)…excellent meals in beautiful huge log cabin building

Cons:

Security light over the side car park was not fully blocked out by curtains in room.
