Tranne una giovanissima ragazza con gli occhiali deliziosa e il.maitre del ristorante molto cortese..
Gli altri scostumati e insofferenti. Nei vorrifoi non salutano e ti guardano con altezzosità.
Hai l'impressione di rivolgerti da colpevole a un comando di polizia
Avevamo pre-accordato via email, prima di prenotare, il prolungamento della giornata al ristorante (con costo alla carta) e l'utilizzo della piscina oltre l'orario del check out. m
Ci hanno però sfrattato la macchina dal parcheggio per il quale abbiamo pagato ben 35 euro contro le 20 euro dell'anno precedente, senza pre-avvisarci e senza rispondere neanche a parole alla richiesta aiuto a trovare una soluzione alternativa a Ravello, borgo prevalentemente pedonale
Erano anche impazienti di mandarci via con l'auto nonostante il check in successivo fosse previsto alle 14

Mooi maar kon netter
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel op een super ligging, direct aan de kust en het centrum van Ravello.
Het personeel doet heel hard zijn best om je een mooi verblijf te geven.

Cons:

Het zijn mooie kamers maar die konden netter, er lag heel veel haar op de vloer.
Het terras is heel mooi maar oogt een beetje rommelig, er staat van alles door elkaar.

Pour résumer sur Ravello et Positano , trop cher pour un service et une considération absente.
Pros:

La vue.
Personnel assez absent. Hotel sur plusieurs niveaux avec un accueil au 7eme.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était assez bon avec fruits frais , pastèque et melon tranchés. Mais il fallait aller chercher le serveur pour avoir un café ou un thé.
