Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Location - 10/10 right opposite the beach
Room - 10/10 - 2 Bedroom apartment very large and spacious and all the amenities that you will require. Bedrooms and Bathrooms exceptional.
Pool - Large and great for the kids

Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom ocean view room. The unit had everything we needed to relax and more. The beds were super comfy and I miss the sheets already. Such a handy location to beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. They also have a very trustworthy money exchange out front with great rates.

Cons:

Leaving! We had the best stay.

Pros:

Great for the kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size for a family of 4. The place is clean and rooms were also cleaned daily.

Nice Stay, but the Hotel Needs Updates
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent, the food was delicious, the room was spacious, and everything was very clean.

Cons:

The hotel needs renovation, especially the rooms. The towels and bed sheets felt old and worn out, and the pool area had broken tiles that should be repaired. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance and updates

Pros:

The penthouse is amazing room.
Brilliant views

Cons:

The staff were below average and untrained. The hotel is under repair with many areas closed . I have stayed many times for the view and position but we won't be returning again.
The vibe was gone.

Cons:

it was awful, hotel is going through renovations, along with hosting customers, very noise, dirty, tiles broken in the swimming pool, elevator didn't work for the day, , I was placed on level 3 with my kid without elevator. facilities not maintained properly. water slide was closed for a day also.
I could not use my balcony, because there were workers drilling Hummer and caulking in there.
bath towels in the pool area very old.

Excellent location, Family & Kids friendly
Pros:

Excellent location, Rooms are spacious, and pool is good for kids/adults. Breakfast is delicious and meets expectations. Staff is accommodating and understand our request. We like the little birthday cake surprise as well.

Cons:

A renovation was currently underway, which wasn't mentioned during the booking process; while it wasn't a major disruption, it did require a detour to reach the lobby and block some part of the pool. We also had an issue with the toilet in our initial room, but the staff kindly upgraded us, which was a great gesture. Unfortunately, the beds weren't very comfortable, and the oversized pillows left us with sore necks.

The ammenities for the kids and the location was perfect. The rooms were big enough that you weren’t on top of each other as a family of 4.

Cons:

Some of the pool facilities are worn or the tiles were broken in the pool to be careful of, and our room door was having challenges in locking but nothing that would dampen us from visiting again

Location was good plenty of quality restaurants around. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of good players area for young family
