Pros:

Location was good. Our room was big and had space. The pool area was okay and the kids had fun there

Cons:

The tvs didn’t work in two of our rooms. We had children so we use the tv so we can get ready or when they needed down time.

Resort very good but apartment provided through Booking.com was poor, dangerous and inadequate

Restaurant, bar, children's water play area

Cons:

Very dangerous stairs without handrail or barrier. Sheer drop on one side. Two floors with bedrooms on both and living area on upper floor. For 6yr old and 3yr old children, it was too hazardous. Information given on booking about ages.
Kitchenette very poorly equipped No coffee machine, no bowls, two mugs etc We had to borrow
Old blinds which constantly broke despite our careful adult use

Good facilities
Pros:

Big hotel with a great location. Music playing in the main area all day which created a great vibe.

Cons:

It’s quite outdated, it’s in desperate need of a makeover. One of the walls in our room looked damp and the plaster was coming off the wall. There was a glass panel on the exterior of our room that had a crack from floor to ceiling.

Won't stay again.
Pros:

The food was good and cheap, great view out onto the beach. Location was great.

Cons:

Our room had an aircon unit outside that was so loud we could not sleep, it made our pillows and bed vibrate. I went to reception and complained, they moved us to another room to sleep, however same issue plus it had been freshly painted so the fumes from the paint were soo strong that we said thank you but no thank you we will just put up with out room. The kids play area of the pool is getting old and rusty. They had to close it for some reason, my guess is a code brown or the other end in the kids section, this is the same water that flows down to the main pool. My daughter went to swim in there was in for like a min and came out crying that she was burning and stinging. I'm guessing from the chemicals they would of had to use to clean, normally a pool would have to shut down for at least an hr from doing this sort of cleaning and there was not.
