The location
Dirty curtains, unsafe kids pool area and in very bad conditions! Front desk staff not very friendly! “White” towels were “50 shards of grey” and so disgusting that we bought some from a stall.
Best location and hotel in Seminyak. The kids love the facilities, play centre and water slides and the staff are brilliant. By far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Highly reccomend!! We have stayed here 3 times now and will be back.

So close to everything , staff very pleasant and friendly
Being across the road from the main beach was handy with small children. The kids loved the pool and slide area, huge win. The staff were always friendly and accomodating.
Our door was very hard to close, sometimes the tiles got slippery when it was wet and sandy.

Близость к океану , вкусные завтраки, просторный номер, детская игровая, детская песочница и водные горки. Заселили на час раньше, уборка каждый день.
Отель не 5-ть заезд, как заявлено. Мебель старовата, постельное серое, подушки не удобные. Слышимость в номере, никакой изоляции, ощущение, что сосед за стеной ходит по нашему номеру, превосходно слышно его телевизор, все слышно как персонал возит тележки, все громыхает. В первую ночь в каком-то из номеров была вечеринка до 24:00, персонал ничего не предпринял чтобы установить тишину. В посланий день в номер заполз огромный таракан !!! Вода в бассейне очень холодная даже в обед.
Location was good, and accommodation was reasonable value. Gardens were well maintained. Staff were friendly.
The room we were given wasn't the room we booked on line. When we questioned it, they lied and said they upgraded the room with wood to make it look better. The wood had clearly been there for years. I would not have booked the room if I knew what it looked like, it was much smaller that it appeared on the internet also. On top of that, the door didn't close properly and was difficult to lock.

Location- opposite the beach and close to shops. Aircon is good and daily cleaning of rooms. Staff are quick to respond to any concerns. Comfortable beds and lounges.
Breakfast is ok but not amazing. Most staff struggle to understand English which made for some miscommunication but not a big issue.
