Pros:

Clean, modern, roomy.

Cons:

No conditioner in shower, phone did not work to call front desk, and refrigerator did not work. I was told I wouldn't be charged for parking (stayed 1 night, 2 days @ 10.00 a day), and lo and behold I recieved a 20.00 charge.
Ridiculous to have to pay for parking on top of all the other fees.

I would definitely come back! A little hiccup but over all a great stay!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the courtyard was so nice! Pool was awesome

Cons:

Paid extra for breakfast only to be sent to eat at the Residence hotel continental because breakfast wasn’t being served that morning. I was looking forward to seeing what special or high quality breakfast I was going to get since I paid more at booking for the breakfast option. And the extra $20 fee for “possible” damages per room that wasn’t included in the price I was quoted online. That charge was sprung on me once I went to check in. So more transparency with online booking would be nice.

la ubicacion para ir a cantera y para ir a Six Flags esta ideal, tiene estacionamiento (aunque cuesta) y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y camas comodas.

Cons:

Hubo un dia que no hicieron la limpieza de los cuartos, y el estacionamiento también cuesta.

The pool was the only upside to this stay and we will not be staying at this property again

The saltwater pool was open and amazing

Cons:

The beds were hard as a rock, we paid extra for an executive king room with its own room just to find out they didn’t even have that kind of room. The tv in the second room we booked didn’t work properly and had no sound. We asked for roll away bed to use in order to try to help the bad sleeping arrangements we were forced into and they didn’t have any of those. On top of all that, You have to pay extra on top of everything else just for parking and breakfast.

Beautiful area. Will be looking again. However, the shower door seals need to be looked into

Cons:

The shower door was leaking water, as in a seal was missing or not working properly. It would make a mess every time we showered. That’s the only thing we disliked about the stay.

Absolute best customer service I have ever received

This is a great hotel in a great location. Above all, Christina at the front desk is amazing. She is helpful, kind, compassionate, fun, and just a ray of light to this world. I travel a lot for business and she is the best of the best. Thank you, Christina!
