Not pleased with the overall stay
Pros:

The shower

Cons:

1. The hotel was booked over a month ago prior to our arrival and my disabled family member was not able to get our handicap room as booked. 2. The bathroom vent appeared it was going to fall, the toilet pressure when flushing was not strong had to hold the handle. 3. The pillows were uncomfortable. 4. The Internet signal was weak. 5 .They don't serve free breakfast, the Starbucks is overpriced. Overall I was not pleased with this stay.

Poor service, Poor food
Pros:

Choose this hotel for me and my wife on our honeymoon night. I stayed on the Friday solo and asked for the room to be cleaned for the following night. 2 different staff told me it would be done but come wedding night the room was as I left it. Had to go down to desk and get clean towels and make the bed up ourselves. Very poor service and communication. Also the breakfast we had was extremely poor quality and would highly advise against having it.

A great time was had!

Pros:

I like the fact it's close to restaurants and downtown,but not too close. The location is quiet and neighboring ..

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom and tub were stained with some rusty color. Family Didn't use it. Also, there's a stain in the rug that's not pleasant.

Disappointing

Cons:

The blower fan in the ventilation system was so loud it awoke me each time it engaged which was often. Also the shower head needs to be replaced. It just dribbled down. I kept saying WHU DIDNT I STAY AT THE HAMPTON????

Mediocre at best
Cons:

The pool area had a dehumidifier that ran so loud that we had to shout at each other just to communicate. Not relaxing at all. There was no free breakfast as advertised as well.
