Pros:

Location is right in the middle of the busy old qtr shopping area, the staff was very courteous, room was worth the price paid and comfortable. Breakfast was small, but more than enough to fill, Over all very good than expected

Cons:

Nothing to be specific, everything was good, they need to maintain this and keep up the good job. Over all good staff, good location, good rooms, if they maintain and sustain this during my next visit then they ate best

Very kind and attentive staff and a comfy room
Pros:

Property was in an ideal location with easy access to everything, and yet still very quiet. The staff were all very kind and attentive and went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The room did not have a window that we could see out of, but this wasn’t a big deal.

Helpful staff & great location.
Pros:

David was extremely helpful going out of his way to assist with enquiries and organised an airport car to drop me off.
Great location in old quarter close to everything.
Housekeeping cleaned the room daily.
Eggs option cooked to order for breakfast, this was way better than selection on the “buffet” pancakes also available although I didn’t try them.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet - selection available is not good.

Var inte ett 4 stjärnor hotell, snarare ett 3 med de faciliteter som standard. Slitet, hård liten säng och elkablar som hängde. Aircondition lät högt.

Très bel accueil pour notre dernier jour a Hanoi
Pros:

Le personnel a été adorable et disponible en nous faisant une description avec plan de ce qu’il y avait à voir dans la ville. Y compris pour nous réserver un taxi à 5h du mat.

Cons:

Rien et nous y sommes restés très peu de temps, nous étions en transite.
