Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. À l'origine, nous avions réservé une seule nuit avant notre croisière dans la baie d'Halong. Nous nous y sommes sentis tellement bien que nous avons choisi d'y revenir et d'y terminer notre séjour à Hanoï.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé, les chambres sont propres et confortables, et le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité.
Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Toute l'équipe a fait le maximum pour répondre à nos demandes et rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible.
Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Linh, qui a été d'une grande gentillesse, très attentionnée et toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins. Son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Hanoï.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We originally booked just one night before our Ha Long Bay cruise, but we felt so comfortable here that we decided to come back and spend the rest of our stay in Hanoi at this hotel.
The hotel is perfectly located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is varied and very good.
The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
A very special thank you to Linh, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always listened carefully to our needs. Her professionalism, availability, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi.

Great stay and location for Hanoi
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at Delica Hotel. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room, which I really appreciated.

The room was clean and comfortable, and any issues were sorted out quickly. They also helped me book taxis, which made everything easy.

Breakfast was simple but good. I would happily stay here again!

hotel in pieno centro dell'Old Quarter, comodissimo per visitare le attrazioni principali di Hanoi facendo una bella passeggiata. Hotel pulito. Receptionist molto gentili, ci hanno preparato la colazione take away visto che la mattina seguente dovevamo lasciare hotel molto presto. Tutto perfetto

Location is right in the middle of the busy old qtr shopping area, the staff was very courteous, room was worth the price paid and comfortable. Breakfast was small, but more than enough to fill, Over all very good than expected

Nothing to be specific, everything was good, they need to maintain this and keep up the good job. Over all good staff, good location, good rooms, if they maintain and sustain this during my next visit then they ate best
