I cannot recommend Eurostars Grand Central Munich and will certainly not be returning.
Cons:

Upon arrival, we were given a room that had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was noticeable dust around the edges of the room and beneath the beds, several ceiling lights were either not functioning or flickering, and the bed linen was visibly dirty.

Throughout the night, approximately every 30 minutes, we were awakened by a loud humming noise. This persistent disturbance made it virtually impossible to sleep, rendering our overnight stay extremely disappointing.

The following morning, we requested to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also inadequately cleaned. The bathroom, particularly the toilet, was not properly cleaned and housekeeping had to return later to rectify the issue. In addition, the bathroom ceiling light was also not working, leaving the room so poorly lit that showering was inconvenient.

Overall, the hotel appeared poorly maintained, and the standard of cleanliness fell well below what we would expect from a four-star hotel. The combination of inadequate housekeeping, maintenance issues, and the significant noise disturbance made for a very disappointing experience. Based on our stay, we would not recommend this hotel and have no intention of returning.

離車站走路約15分鐘，區域安靜，離巴士站很近，附近也有超市、很方便
Pros:

房間很大很舒適、浴室乾淨

Cons:

冰箱很小，還放著供住客付費的飲料零食，後來有請飯店人員將小冰箱的飲料食物移走，就方便一些～
可以買一些牛奶優格存放。

Gut, aber teuer.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön geräumig. Allerdings waren die beiden einzel Betten unangenehm, da sie sich im Laufe der Nacht verschoben haben und ich in den Spalt gerollt bin.

Cons:

Einzelbetten als Doppelbett.
Lage am Flur.

Gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, Sauna und Pool, citynahe Lage mit guter Anbindung von der Hackerbrücke, kleine Verpflegungsstation im Foyer (Wasser, Äpfel, usw.)

Ausstattung des Fitnessraums, beim Frühstücksbuffet nicht immer alles verfügbar bzw. es könnte schneller nachgelegt werden, Wasser im Pool salzig

Flot hotel, meget rent og pænt. Virkelig god morgenmad.

Cons:

MEGET dyr parkering. I betragtning af at det i forvejen er et dyrt hotel, så er prisen på parkering alt for høj.
Det er værd at bemærke, at spa- delen af hotellet består af en nudist- sauna og en pool.

Pros:

Receptionists were very friendly, helpful and service-minded. They really made our stay amazing - allowed us to check in earlier, helped us on how to get around the city and most especially was very helpful in extending our stay until 7pm (with add charge of course). The extended time was really helpful for us since our bus was first departing at 8pm. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Swimming pool was a big plus.
