Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber . Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, alles was das Herz begehrt. Lage zum Cirkus Krone Bau super. Verbindung in die Innenstadt gut. Tram hält fast vorm Hotel.

Dank der ruhe haben wir sehr gut geschlafen
Pros:

Am ersten Morgen hatte es nur Schweinefleisch, ab dann wenigstens Pute. Trockenfleisch wäre schön gewesen.
Heute morgen hatte es keine Schockolade.

Cons:

Eine Toilettenbürste. Ich hatte Durchfall und musste wegen meiner Partnerin das WC von Hand reinigen

really really good experience...

Normally I don't like hotel breakfasts as the quality is usually not great, not here super healthy super high quality with lots to choose from...

The staff were extremely accommodating also.....

Shout out to Orlando and Maria they both helped me with recommendations of places to eat and helped facilitate late checkout after I had some issues with work that meant I needed to stay some extra hours

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang, schönes Zimmer und hervorragendes Frühstück, tolle Lage.

Cons:

Leider war die Straßenbahn zu hören, was aber durch die gute Verbindung wieder ausgeglichen wurde.

Top Hotel in Top Lage.
Pros:

Sehr Schönes Hotel, da werde ich in Zukunft immer buchen wenn ich in München bin.

Cons:

Matratzen vom Doppelbett gehen auseinander. Zu zweit sicher nicht optimal.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt und lässt sich sehr gut zu Fuß vom Hbf oder ZOB erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich.
Ich selbst habe eine Nacht hier verbracht auf meinem Weg Richtung Gardasee. Durch die sehr bequemen Betten habe ich außergewöhnlich gut geschlafen und könnte dadurch sehr erholt weiterfahren.

Mitarbeitende waren stets freundlich, tolle Zimmer und wirklich gute Lage (Tramhaltrstelle vor der Tür), super Frühstück

Cons:

Die Mitarbeitenden (auch an der Rezeption) haben nur schlecht deutsch gesprochen. In einer deutschen Stadt wäre das für mich das Wichtigste.
Die Bar war meistens unbesetzt und der Barmitarbeiter kam dann nach mehreren Minuten von irgendwoher - oder auch nicht.
Einmal wurde unser Zimmer nicht gemacht und bei der Verrechnung von Zusatzleistungen gab es auch mehrmals Klärungsbedarf.
Insgesamt wirkten die Abläufe alles andere als eingespielt und das Team nicht sonderlich motiviert oder aufmerksam. Da das Hotel schon ein paar Jahre geöffnet ist, liegt das aicher nicht an „Anfangsschwierigkeiten“. Für 4 Sterne ist das alles sehr unrund - nicht schlecht aber eben kein 4-Sterne Niveau. Da war ich schon in 2 oder 3 Sternhotels, die hier mehr Gastfreundschaft ausgestrahlt haben.
