The hotel had a nice pool and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was cosmetically tired, the restaurant food in the evening wasn't too great although breakfast was okay, and there were few restaurants nearby to eat at.

Khách sạn nằm bên sông, vị trí thuận lợi

Cons:

Khách sạn to rộng nhưng mọi trang thiết bị đều đã RẤT CŨ, 10 năm nay tôi chưa từng nghỉ tại 1 khách sạn 4 sao nào có trang thiết bị cảm giác được lắp đặt và sử dụng từ cách đây 20 năm như vậy. Sảnh khách sạn (kể cả khu cafe và nhà hàng) có mùi hôi khó chịu. Sàn phòng đi chân sạn, đệm ngồi lên kêu cọt kẹt??? Nhà vệ sinh không có hệ thống thông gió nên khi sử dụng rất hôi. Gia đình tôi ở phòng 3 giường nhưng không hiểu sao KS thiết kế nguyên 1 cái gương to chiếu thẳng vào 1 giường??? Ăn sáng ít món, chỉ ở mức tạm tạm. Nói chung nếu mn muốn trải nghiệm cảm giác ở tại 1 KS từ thời của 20 năm về trước thì hãy đến và trải nghiệm nhé. Thật sự không đạt tiêu chuẩn ks 4 sao chút nào

Cons:

Tôi đặt phòng 2 giường đôi cho 3 người, nhưng nhận phòng KS chỉ sắp xếp đồ sử dụng cho 2 người (gối, khăn, dép đi trong nhà,...), tôi thấy đây là 1 thiếu sót. Nếu KS chuẩn bị đồ dùng cho đủ số lượng người trong phòng thì sẽ thật tuyệt vời hơn nữa!
