Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.
Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used.
If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.
Please note that bedding type, extra bed, and crib request as well as babysitter service are subject to availability. Extra bed is only available at the suite and villa categories at an extra charge. A maximum of 1 extra bed can be accommodated per room and is inclusive of breakfast.
Breakfast is served based on the standard occupancy for each room type, except for guests booking the room-only option. Skøn pool og dejlig morgenmad. Venligt og imødekommende personale.
Vinduespartiet slutter ikke til på værelserne, da der er et gab fra terrassedøren og op til vinduesrammen. Det betyder en del for støj fra en nærliggende bar, hvor der er godt i den om aftenen mv. End ikke aircondition på værelset kan overdøve det.

المكان جميل وقريب من المطار واشوفه للشباب ممتاز جداً لكن للعوائل لا صراحة .
فيه ازعاج اغاني تقدر تتعود عليه وبارات حول الفندق للاسف لي كشخص مع عائلة مستحيل اجيبهم لمكان كذا ثاني مره ، مع ان الفندق داخل نظيف ومافيه مشكلة ومحترم .
المشكلة الثانية زحمة برا الفندق يعني لو تطلب سواق فيه احتمالية يرفضك مره وثنين وثلاثة بسبب الموقع .

From the moment we arrived at The Haven, we absolutely loved it. At first I was a little unsure about staying right in the middle of Seminyak, but once we walked through the gates it felt like a peaceful oasis, and we quickly realised we’d made the right choice.
The staff are what truly make this place special. Every single person was warm, genuine and welcoming, and by the end of our stay they felt more like friends than hotel staff. We loved the gentleman at the pool bar, who remembered our drinks daily after just one order. A small gesture, that made us feel genuinely welcome and valued.
The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, the location was excellent, and everything was within easy walking distance. We also loved the atmosphere at the restaurant, with themed evenings such as Italian night and cooking classes adding something a little different.
As someone with coeliac disease, I was incredibly impressed with how accommodating the team was. They went above and beyond to ensure I could enjoy the Italian evening safely, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.
The Haven offered good value for money for our twin room, but more importantly, it offered genuine Balinese hospitality. We enjoyed our stay so much that we genuinely wished we’d booked longer. Without hesitation, I would stay here again and happily recommend it to others.
There wasn’t a lot to fault during our stay. Being in such a central location, there was some noise from the surrounding area that continued into the early hours on a couple of nights. However, the hotel provided complimentary earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch.
Our only suggestion would be to add a few more pool loungers. For the number of rooms at the resort, there seemed to be limited seating around the pool, particularly during the busier parts of the day. Other than that, we had a truly wonderful experience.
