Important information:

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

Please note that bedding type, extra bed, and crib request as well as babysitter service are subject to availability. Extra bed is only available at the suite and villa categories at an extra charge. A maximum of 1 extra bed can be accommodated per room and is inclusive of breakfast.

Very good value for the cost and the location being so good makes up for some of the negatives
Pros:

Great location, very close to lots of shops, restaurants and short walk to beach. Excellent swimming pool.

Cons:

The gym is old and small in size. The Airconditioning unit in the gym is not going. We had interconnecting rooms and there was wood on the floor from a wood beetle or boarer.

Pros:

Very nice staff , they knew that we are on our honeymoon and upgraded my regular room to suit and it was so cool .
Good breakfast & location since it near the markets of clothes and all spots.

Everything you need in a great location
Pros:

Central location with great pools and restaurant. Nice small clean room. Staff are amazing, kind, and helpful

Cons:

The room was pretty small and we were locked out with our luggage in the room as we were leaving which was stressful.

At stopover in our way to Uluwatu. We wish we had booked 2 nights as we loved the location and our rooms. Will be back
Pros:

We only had one night here on our way to Uluwatu. Staff were so friendly , pool area was clean and we were lucky to be in room that walks out on the area. Breakfast was delicious
