Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. We stayed in the Villa and it was perfect. Breakfast was great, friendly staff and very accomodating.
We are repeat guests and this hotel and staff are just lovely. Great position and amazing breakfast included. We will be back. Thank you for everything for a wonderful stay.
Nothing not to like
Хороший отель, отличное месторасположение, до пляжа 10 минут пешком, ежедневно ходит шатл бас. Бассейн прекрасный, тихий, удобные шезлонги. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. В баре отличная кухня и бывает живая музыка. После обеда сервируют бесплатный чай и закуски. Коктейли приносят прям в бассейн. В меню бывают выгодные предложения. Массаж тоже посещали, понравился. Рекомендую отель, возможно вернусь туда снова.
Немного неудобная ванна, расположена на подиуме, заходить нужно по ступенькам, плюс душ только тропический, нехватило съемной лейки.

The location facilities staff and value for money
They had functions outside in the pool area which affected every room in the hotel.
Fantastic centrally located, near Bintang Supermarket and lots of restaurants, breakfast buffet was lovely
We had trouble every day getting ice for the room, (in fact got told unless we were buying drinks in their restaurant they wouldn’t give us any) we didn’t get water replaced everyday, pool was in the shade a lot of the time with only a few sun beds
The suite side of the property much quieter so I much preferred. The bed comfortable, shower good. Breakfast at Lemon cello good. Great location. Mostly staff excellent
The checkin - got noisy room even after requesting twice quiet room it was rectified by manager. Loud Australians in the first pool.

Staff are super friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

The back pool was nice & quiet & so pretty to look out over at night from our room.
The rooms were comfortable however they could do with an update.
Also the shower was mouldy and could’ve been cleaner.
