Important information:

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

Pros:

Staff, hotel location and facilities was good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Bathroom for 208 was very dated. Sink basin and shower grouting had mould. Bathroom needs a makeover, very old and dated. Also towels were very old and over used.

Beautiful place, love staying at the Haven, breakfast is always wonderful.
Pros:

Everything, it's our 4th stay and it's always clean, breakfast is fantastic. It's all very nice.

Cons:

Staff at the back desk, really don't understand very much English. But they are still friendly and nice. Just not able to help if you need anything out of the ordinary.

Pros:

綺麗で立地も良く海までも歩いて行ける。レストランも近くにあって、周りのスパが安い。
総合的に良かったと思う。

Everything, amazing hotel and the staff and management go above and beyond, we will be back. Very comparable to a 5 star which we had come from in Jimbaran Bay. Well done all at The Haven

Pros:

The location is excellent and the hotel is very beautiful. The pool area is very beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathrooms need major upgrading. They upgraded me to a suite but the bathroom was not good. Had to call maintenance a few times.

Pros:

I class it as my second home love the location and the style. The people that work here are super friendly

Cons:

Some of the rooms we have had difficulty after Covid and needed to move a few times due to noise or air-con’s not working but since then we have been back twice and had no issues.

Decent value for money in good location.
Pros:

Good location, clean, and lovely staff.

Cons:

Very noisy at night due to busy location but that's expected. Pool is decent but not many lounge chairs.

Pros:

Hotel hodnotím veľmi pozitívne. Mal výbornú lokalitu, všade sa dalo pohodlne dostať pešo. Mali sme izbu s výhľadom do záhrady, takže sme vôbec nepočuli hluk z ulice a pobyt bol veľmi pokojný. Všetko bolo v poriadku a za danú cenu išlo o veľmi dobrý pomer kvality a ceny.
