I would stay again.
Pros:

Great location right on the beach. Lovely old style Balinese resort. Open spaces. Big pool lots of sun chairs and pool bar.

The rooms need renovations but they are large and comfortable.

I would never stay again and I definitely would not suggest this accommodation

Only thing to like about the property was the pool

Cons:

The room (junior suite) was very well set out however the room constantly smelt like sewer, there was tiny black flies in the bathroom all the time, I think they came from the vents , the bed was like a concrete slab and I had to approach management due to mould on the bedding and dried blood on the pillow case

Location is perfect, right behind Laplancha and the beach and 5 minutes to the main shopping street. Free shuttle bus to Kuta, Staff was very helpful when we had a plumbing issue and were very quick with any requests we had, pool was large and very clean

Cons:

Plumbing issue made the bath smell, but it was resolved very quickly. Mattress was very firm and lumpy. Dated furniture

Cons:

Tired, worn and run down. The whole place, including the rooms, needs a lot of maintenance. Breakfast was below average & cold most mornings. Not enough sun umbrellas. The place is in poor condition. As soon as I arrived, I informed them that the tv wasn't working, 2 lights didnt work and either did the kettle. These things were fixed immediately. Also the hot water was hit & miss. The photo of the tap is from the toilets near the breakfast area The door photo shows that it didnt close properly.. the shower door handle was broken. A pool step ladder out of the pool was broken - They put a sign up for it not to be used after I mentioned it. This place was not worth the money I paid to stay there.

Overall our stay was comfortable and nice.
Pros:

Location is walking distance to shops, convenience marts, and the beach. Rooms clean, spacious. Staff service friendly and acceptable.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could be better, although wide selection, certain stations could have been better especially during peak season. Example Egg station with only 2 staff cooking, there was a very long queue, bread toaster only 1 same thing, there was a queue. Coffee n Tea station could be better placed and maybe better signage for it.
