Location.
Helpful staff.
Spa.

Cons:

Coffee. For some reason it had an acetone type taste never experienced before in many different places around Bali.
Usually love Bali Copi. This was sadly undrinkable.
Water didnt lather at all.
No water refills so using too much plastic.

Great location.
Pros:

What i like is the location. This is a beachfront hotel. The staff is nice and friendly. And I got an upgrade room which is a nice surprise from the hotel. I really appreciate that. Thank you, Puri Saron Hotel Management.

Cons:

What I don't like is not the hotel fault. Sometimes in the middle of my sleep, I woke up because the smell of burning trash. Not sure what kind of people doing that at 3 o clock in the morning. Smh.

Was great first thing but if later not so good ...yoghurt sitting there seperated ...pancakes waffles very dry ...no fresh banana pancakes like they use to have ...
Have to pay for nice coffee..... not as much choice

The location was just perfect 👌 The room were good and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again !

Pool area great, good proximity to beach

Cons:

The room very small with minimal seating. Tv too small for room couldn’t hear sound. Beds very uncomfortable. Booked ground floor double bed room but on arrival had to choose ground floor single beds or upper floor double bed. As there are no lifts (we are aged people ) had to choose ground floor. Door onto balcony would not lock ( was repaired). Electric kettle mouldy (changed for us) ants on one of the beds so couldn’t use until sheet change.

Enjoyable stay and would stay again.
Pros:

Great location. Attentive and friendly staff. Clean hotel room and bathroom. Large pool with plenty of sun loungers. Excellent breakfast options. I felt very safe as a female travelling alone. Quiet at night.

Cons:

Not many negative comments however the mattress was very firm which isn’t my preference. Also, the staff were slow to collect empty glasses and plates after use which wasn’t a great look and attracted flies.
