Don’t ever go there, horrible place.

Nothing, it is catastrophic. Don’t go there, worst experience ever.

Cons:

Rooms are old and dusty, checkin and checkout is super slow, I was leaving early am and they promised to prepare a breakfast bag to go and they didn’t. Above all, THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME A RECEIPT of my payment, while booking.com policy clearly states they should have. Unbelievable.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Very disappointed! 3-4 days before check in, i requested directly to official number aryaduta, i am on planning to celebrate birthday of my hubby. I req for mirror art and cake, and the admin said noted. But the fact, none of the req well prepared, i asked to do it today but they refused as well, the wording also totally wrong. The towel is very smell and bad shape. Paid for 1.6mio for nothing. Please recheck your promise and service.

Beautiful hotel but unable to enjoy because of a large wedding party.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wide variety of food at breakfast. Comfy room.

Cons:

There was a big wedding going on which meant we were not able to access the pool due to the number of children in there and we were not aware this was happening. Breakfast was busy and chaotic because of this which meant these people at the wedding were pushing in for priority when we were trying to get served and moving us out the way. Not the hotels fault but hugely impacted our experience
