We enjoyed staying there for the week.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Room provided all that we needed. A big range of choices for breakfast but we missed our muesli.

Cons:

We probably picked the wrong location. Walking to other facilities was difficult but the “Grab”. Drivers were always available, cheap and efficient.

غرفة الذي اختارها لي الفندق غير صالحه مكتومه ولا يوجد بها هواء وتحت الدور الارضي .

مساحة الفندق كبيره وجميله وديكور والتصميم ممتاز جدا

الحجز عن طريق البكنج غرفه في الدور الأرضي ويعطون غرفه تحت الارض و الباركن للسيارات موقعه افضل من موقع الغرف تحت الدور الارضي .
وطلبت تغير الغرفه وطلبو مني رسوم زائده 250000 الف ربيه عن كل ليله

عند الإفطار وجود اكثر من صراصير عند بعض الاطباق والطعام
وتم ابلغهم عن ذلك وقالو اسف فقط غير مهتمين بذلك .

This is definitely a place I would come back to and stay again, it truly felt like home to me.
Pros:

The first thing that came to my mind when I stepped into this hotel was, wow, what a gorgeous place. Beyond the beautiful setting, the staff were truly exceptional, competent, attentive, and genuinely kind. I stayed here for 20 nights and felt warmly welcomed throughout my entire stay.
What made it even more special was that the hotel offered a truly Jogja experience, with its atmosphere, hospitality, and sense of warmth reflecting the charm of the city itself. The gym was excellent, and the swimming pool was also a wonderful place to relax and enjoy my time there.

Cons:

The breakfast offered plenty of choices, which I appreciated. However, during my 20-day stay, the selection remained exactly the same every day, which became quite challenging. I had hoped for at least some variation every other day. The TV in the room is also not a smart TV yet. In addition, while the gym was excellent, the shower area felt a bit run-down, and I worry it may deteriorate further if it is not properly maintained.
