The staff was lovely. The wifi was good. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were really good too! Was randomy selected for a VIP treatment and got a small gift, made me feel like I was a star. Free 1L water and snacks in my room on check-in and a free water on check-out. The room was very spacious, clean. Had slppers, a bidet toilet!! There are so many good things to say it's honestly hard to list them all. Definetly one of the best places I've had the pleasure of staying at, definetly worth thr money!
The only nitpick I have, as a taller individual, the big shower head felt a little too low for comfort since my head was very close to the shower head and I had to tilt it sideways, which was thankfully possible, so it redeemed it a little bit. Other then that it was amazing!

As you enter the Grand Palace you can immediately see why it is so named. it takes your breath away. It is stunning. As soon as you approach the desk the staff are so helpful. You know right away your stay it going to be a good one.
We really got the feeling that the staff were proud of the whole place. Rightly so.
The rooms were beautiful, an excellent breakfast. The hotel is so well situated too, Right near to tram stops but just minutes and in some cases seconds away from some of the Brno attractions, restaurant and bars. We chose to walk from the train station and its about 10 minutes,. You can easily use the tram.
Tiene bañera y ducha. Buen desayuno incluido Habitacion grande.e instalaciones de spa incluidas. Aparcamiento delante del hotel y ellos te lo llevan al garage sin que tengas que buscar aparcamiento en la zona mas antigua de BRNO que es muy dificil.

Großartiges Ambiente im ganzen Haus, wunderbar war es, in der schönen Lobby zu verweilen, auch die Kinder liebten die Atmosphäre und besonders die gläsernen Aufzüge. Sehr große stilvolle Zimmer und Badezimmer, phantastisches Frühstück mit Live-Pianomusik, sehr freundliches Personal, Lage sehr gut mitten in der Stadt, Parkservice sehr gut. Wir alle hoffen, bald einmal wiederzukommen. Danke, Grand Palace Brno.

Everything about the hotel is excellent. The atrium lobby is beautiful with Plano playing in the evening. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and with excellent facilities to make coffee. The wellness suite of saunas is of a high standard. Breakfast is also of a very high standard with lots of choice to suit all preferences.

Grand hôtel très bien placé avec le titre de Palace mérité, accueil, service voiturier, bagagiste, réception, au top.
Chambre très spacieuse, propre et insonorisation en 2xdouble vitrage.
Petit déjeuner super
Un bar en face de la route avec des poivrots qui on fait un raffut toute la nuit qui s'est terminé à 7h du matin avec l'intervention de la police, dommage.
