The building is very nice. Welcome pastry served in the room was very appreciated.
On top of the matrass there was a 3 cm tall syntetic protection which made me sleep quite bad.
More over, I did not appreciate a number of circumstances occurred at the front desk and during breakfast.
1. I parked my car independently at the parking having an agreement with the hotel, and was told at the front desk there was no need for a discount code as the price would have been similar being my stay of one night only. However, I paid 42€ (1020 CZK), much more than what written on booking.com.
2. Invoicing system is not client friendly. Refusal from front desk to get an invoice with accomodation+city tax+breakfast alltogether. I got two separate invoices and was told to ask booking for the third one.
3. Prices and convertion rates: I expected prices to be in Czech Crowns while at front desk those applied are in Euro and the converion to Czech Crown is made at an unconvenient rate.
4. During breakfast, while making a coffee, my dish with new food was taken and the food thrown away. Not environmental friendly at all.

Skrajnie niekompetentna obsługa hotelu, cena noclegu kompletnie z kosmosu, zupełnie nie adekwatna do jakości. Nieudolna recepcja nie była w stanie zmienić rezerwacji ani wystawić faktury zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Komunikacyjny DRAMAT
Hotel to cudo architektury. Wspaniała obsługa, wszędzie bardzo czysto. W łazience nawet jednorazowe szczoteczki do zębów. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. W mojej ocenie w pełni zasługuje na pięć gwiazdek.
Très bel accueil (avec un sourire en plus). Le petit déjeuner était excellent, la chambre très confortable et très propre. Nous avons opté pour le parking avec voiturier, c'est réellement très pratique pour quelques euros de plus. Quelques petites attentions qui ont agrémenté notre séjour. C'est un hôtel que je recommanderais aisément.

Great location clean
breakfast is great, but they need to work on keeping it warm doesn’t matter what time you went for breakfast. The eggs were warm, but everything else was cold like the sausage the bacon potatoes.
Very nice ambient atmosphere, very friendly staff, I appreciate the little treat I got right after arrival. The sauna was amazing, the room was super quite with blackout curtains and the bed was very comfortable.
The gym could be better equipped for a 5 star hotel. I also think the place could be better maintained, for example the bathroom could have deep clean (I had bug in my sink and the shower had white stains), but again- just because that is expected from a 5 star hotel.
Amazing hotel in the city center, staff is very helpful, breakfast is great- wide selection of local foods, enough to choose from for health conscious guests as well. Hotel has been recently rebranded and it seems that new management team really cares about their guests - they installed new hairdryers, hairdryers that actually work, not just making noise and cause disappointment

Room decoration a bit outdated, the mattress was completely worn off and uncomfortable. Pretty sure I got bitten by bed bugs as well unfortunately. Maybe we stumbled on the “wrong room”
