Pros:

訂房時未注意到部份小木屋房型沒有冷氣，經過溝通後櫃臺工作人員很熱心協助更換為有冷氣的小木屋。

overall my stay in hotel is good.
Pros:

slient, pleasure, the rooms have enough space.

Cons:

1.Water leakage from sinks of tap water. So the basin is always soak, some water around the tap water.
2.Trash need to do close lid trash. Not open trash. Black ants come to the trash, when they got smell of food. I suggests to modify the trash with close lid.
3.My room telephone is not working. So I cannot call the car. The telephone line is always busy and always automatic reply recorded.

居心地は良いが、朝食は注意。
Pros:

清潔感や高級感が良く、居心地が良かったです。
また、施設内の循環バスも便利でした。

Cons:

朝食を9:30に予約してたものの、長蛇の列で入店が10:15ごろでした。今回は特に予定が詰まっていたわけではないですが、しっかりスケジュールを立ててたらと思うと、怖いですね。
せっかく予約してるなら、もっと時間通りに入店できると良いです。

二度とコテージには泊まりません
Pros:

日本料理からまつはとても美味しく、寿司カウンターの大将もとても気さくで話が楽しかった。子供の誕生日祝いだったが、子供も大喜びだった。

Cons:

コテージは古く、エアコンがないため夜は暑くて寝苦しかった。また、ホテルから離れているため、どこに行くのも不便で、特にもみじの湯という温泉施設は19時までしか入れてもらえず、暑い中子供と歩いて行ったのに断られた。泊まっているのに、しかも営業しているのに19時過ぎたら断られるなんて、信じられない気持ちになり、とても残念だった😢

프린스 웨스트 코티지 6인 숙박했습니다.
Pros:

워낙 큰 호텔이라서 투숙객도 많고, 음식의 종류도 다양했습니다. 주말엔 사람이 꽤 많아요! 호텔 위치는 최고입니다. 셔틀 있지만 아울렛을 걸어서 충분히 갈수 있고, 아울렛 수준도 좋아요. 식당도 맛집수준인 곳이 몇집 있어요.

Cons:

코티지에서 숙박했어요. 6명 묵기에 충분했고, 침구류도 깨끗했어요. 다만 귀가시 픽업 서비스를 매번 이용하는게 생각보다 불편하고 시설이 낡아서 살짝 아쉽지만, 이 지역이 물가가 좀 높은편이라 가성비는 최고라고 생각합니다. 밤에 사슴도 보고, 화장실엔 거미가 매일 나와서 벌레 무서워하는 분들은 그냥 본관 호텔 쓰시길 추천합니다.
