Helpful staff and clean functional and quiet rooms.
Pros:

My small double room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel's location is perfect, just steps away from the Munich Hauptbahnhof. A huge thank you to the helpful staff who arranged an early checkin for me at no extra charge. This hotel is convenient choice for anyone visiting the city and only a short walk from the main attractions.

Only saving grace was that it is near to Central train station

Cons:

One of the staff was not helpful when I asked for help on the non-working light in the room. Nonchalant, rude behaviour and shrugged off saying that the technician was not working that day. And said I (as the guest!) had to remind the next staff on duty the next morning to get it repaired! How in the world did she even get a job working as a service staff there?

We recently stayed at AWA hotel and it was honestly one of the best hotels experience I've had in the city. The entire staff team was warm and attentive, but I want to give special thanks to Ludwig at the front desk. We arrived on a rainy, gloomy day, tired from travel, and the moment we walked through the door, Ludwig at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile that instantly lifted our mood. Ludwig is genuinely helpful and quick to anticipate what we needed. He made sure every question we had was answered promptly. It's rare to encounter that level of personal care, and it made our stay feel like home. Ludwig's outstanding hospitality made our time in Munich genuinely memorable, and this is where the hotel truly shone. The room was spotless throughout the stay; the breakfast is excellent. The hotel's location in Munich is excellent-easy walking distance to major sights, restaurants and public transportation, which made getting around the city simply stress-free. We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the city.
