Pros:

Hotel je lijep, čist sa svim potrebnim sadržajima, hrana raznovrsna. Posebna pohvala osoblju koje je uvijek ljubazno, srdačno i spremno pomoći. Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji sa vrlo lijepim plažama u blizini.

Bardzo dobre miejsce do wypoczynku, piękne widoki. Blisko szerokie plaże, restauracje i sklepy. Duży basen w hotelu, świetnie zorganizowana restauracja z dobrym jedzeniem. Czysto i ładnie.Polecam.

Vacanta la superlativ
Pros:

Locație este superba, direct pe una dintre cele mai frumoase plaje din Brela (Punta Rata). Personal amabil, camere spațioase cu vedere frumoasa spre mare.

supper does not include any drinks (even water), there were not enough waitress for the amount of people, so I had to either wait for them to finally come to me, or eat my food dry (no drinks).

Pros:

Ovo nam je treći boravak u Hotelu Soline, to dovoljno govori. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti opet.
Odlična lokacija hotela, čiste i uredne sobe. Bili smo za vrijeme toplinskog vala i soba je bila ugodno rashlađena. Hrana je bila super kao i uvijek.

Cons:

Jedina zamjerka je kava za doručak, koja nam nije baš odgovorala.

The lack of a working AC and poor customer service made our stay unbearable

Great location, beautiful view. Filip in the waiter restaurant was great.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights during a heatwave in Croatia, with daytime temperatures between 35–40°C. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work at all.

We reported the issue to reception as soon as we noticed it, but our concerns were repeatedly dismissed. We were told the AC simply needed more time to cool the room. The following morning, they said a technician would come, and although someone did visit, nothing was actually fixed. The room remained unbearably hot throughout our stay.

Because of this, we decided not to extend our stay as originally planned. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and the lack of a functioning air conditioner completely ruined our experience. We were very disappointed with both the maintenance issue and the way it was handled by the staff.

Unfortunately, we won’t be returning
