Important information:

Please note that the spa and the indoor swimming pool are available at an additional cost and are accessible only to guests aged 14 and over.

If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection.

Prices include all taxes and fees (except tourist tax and any booking fees), TV, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access and two bathrobes.

After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional charge.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Cons:

Huset var fugtigt. Der var råd og svamp i huset, hvilket man kunne lugte når dørene var lukket. Køkkenet manglede gryder. Der var kun en. Køkkenet var meget småt og svært tilgængeligt. Indretningen af køkkenet kunne godt have været bedre.

Séjour de qualité malgré la chaleur
Pros:

L’emplacement, la qualité du spa et de la piscine. Le logement était très propre avec une bonne literie. Les places de parking sont nombreuses

Cons:

Il manque des ventilateurs ou la climatisation dans les logements. Heureusement que les nuits étaient plus fraîches et nous avons pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.
Les viennoiseries et le pain du petit déjeuner étaient passable. C’est bien pour un dépannage.

It was a 20 min walk to the beach which was fine but uphill on the other at back , probably ok but not during a heatwave..

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Residenz in Houlgate. Die Lage ist angenehm und das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich – dafür ein Lob.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt gemütlich und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es gibt jedoch ein paar kleine Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten: Der Geschirrspüler war leider sehr verkalkt und allgemein hätte die Sauberkeit etwas gründlicher sein können. Außerdem merkt man, dass das Mobiliar inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Pros:

Literie de qualité et établissement au calme
Le spa est de qualité .la possibilité d’être au calme est appréciable ( réserve aux adultes jusqu’à 14h)
Accès à la plage en 10’

Cons:

Pas de flexibilité sur les commandes de déjeuners ( fermeture à 18h)
Manque peut être un espace sportif plus grand
Proposer des cours de yoga streching ou relaxation serait un plus .
Communiquer sur la dispo de vélo également ( nous l avons appris le dernier jour au départ …)
