Great buffet and guest lounge, close to Disney and clean well kept rooms
Pros:

Property was clean and well kept, the guest lounge was great and we loved the buffet breakfast and dinner. The kids loved the interactive screen in the lobby.

Cons:

Would be good to have an early check in option

Good hotel to stay at for Disneyland, with regular free bus transfers
Pros:

Great hotel to stay at whilst visiting Disney Sea and Disneyland. Quite small rooms but there were four individual beds so good for two adults, two kids.

Cons:

A little bit more space in the room would have been good but we were hardly there because we were out and about exploring most of the time.

Nice hotel for a Disney theme park stay.
Pros:

The free bus to the theme parks. . Comfy beds. The free candy, pancakes etc offered.. laundry facilities and Lawson in hotel.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was too busy and poor selection .

A convenient and comfortable base for a Disney trip
Pros:

We had a great stay overall.
-The room was a good size with a lovely view from the 12th floor, and the shower stall was spacious (saying that as a plus size person) with good water pressure. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, and water bottles that were replenished daily by housekeeping.
-The free Disney shuttle was a huge plus and made getting to the parks and then back after a long day so much easier.
-The hotel is directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, with a Lawson convenience store in the building and plenty of handy facilities, including a self service amenities room, laundry, and Sagawa Express counter.
-The lounge area was a cool touch, with various free drink options, candies, biscuits, a pancake machine and a fairy floss machine - would be great when travelling with kids especially.
-All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

-We could hear the trains and occasionally noise from other rooms, so the soundproofing could be better.
-Some of the ventilation ducts in the room were quite dirty (black marks and accumulated dust).
-The laundry was on the expensive side (¥1200 per load for a wash cycle + 60min drying) with no security measures for access, the room adjoins the lobby and anyone can open the machines.
-Our room keys randomly stopped working one day; reception replaced them without any trouble but it was a little inconvenient and there was no explanation as to why they stopped working.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, so easy to catch the train and limousine bus. Plenty of shops nearby. The welcome lounge with feee drinks and snacks was very much enjoyed.

チェックアウト時にカードキーを箱に入れるだけでよかったのでスムーズ。
駅直結で楽だった。

Cons:

ランドリーが小さい。
ウェルカムラウンジのホットケーキの機械や、朝食ブュッフェのパン焼く機械がスムーズではなかったし、種類も少なかった。
