Séjour inoubliable à Shanghai
Pros:

L’hôtel est luxueux et idéalement situé à Shanghai, les chambres et les restaurants sont décorés avec goût et lumière.
L’ensemble du personnel est attentionné et parle très bien anglais. Le petit déjeuner est d’une qualité et d’une variété exceptionnelle.
Bonus pour la piscine avec un puits de lumière.

Herrliches Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück in schönem kolonial Ambiente. Ein wunderbarer ruhiger Ort der Erholung in einer umtriebigen Stadt. Phantastische Rooftop-Bar mit dem besten Blick über Pudong. Sehr geräumige Zimmer, große Ankleide, schönes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Leider einige Gäste beim Frühstück in Badeschlappen.

Очень удачное расположение, прям на набережной почти, в двух шагах. Хороший бассейн и сауны внутри, но у мужчин и женщин они раздельные. Завтраки вкусные. Кровати удобные. Наверху очень эффектный бар - рекомендую сходить

Cons:

Честно говоря мы не поняли концепцию этой гостиницы. Завтраки проходят прям в холле перед выходом - это как-то странно. Все гремят тарелками, тележками, ощущения эксклюзивности не было, скорее было ощущение, что ты в турции в отеле all inclusive. Некоторые блюда ждали более 25 минут, часто попадали на очереди. Номера сами по себе довольно пожившие, вся мебель уже такая, не свежая, ковры как пылесборники.

7 Star Service
Pros:

Location (on the bund) !!! Rooms are 7 star , and so is the service !!!

I arrived early at 08;00, and requested an early checkin, as it is normally 2pm. Katrina was excellent , did everything to accommodate me and got me in by 10:30. She further accompanied me to my room 524 and introduced and familiarised me with all the amenities , and settled me in, what a great personal touch.

On my exit , I ordered a taxi to pudong international airport and to my surprise was met at the airport by a peninsula rep who walked me through check-in , and entry to immigration.

I was in good hands the day I arrived until the day I left ! This is not a 5star operation , I would say 7 Stars !!!
