It was clean , all shampoos soap were l’occitane🙂 and also there were smart home in every room

The location of the hotel was definitely the highlight, as it’s very close to all the main sightseeing attractions, and the train station is right outside the door. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable overall, although the mattress was a bit too firm. The building is well maintained, and while the exterior is quite impressive, the interior is more simple and understated in design.
The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food and drink options, although the organization of the breakfast area felt a bit messy at times. Another highlight was the MAJESTY Lounge bar, which has a cosy atmosphere and much friendlier staff, especially the bartender Aleksander, who was very welcoming, kind and hardworking. The cocktails were excellent, and the live music in the evenings created a lovely atmosphere.
What we liked least was the service at ADELE Restaurant & Bar. On two occasions, we tried to sit at the terrace while few tables tables were empty, intending to order drinks and food, but we were refused in a manner that felt quite rude and unwelcoming. One staff member, Ulsa, approached us in front of other guests in a way that felt uncomfortable and dismissive, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel experience. The hotel’s location is excellent but you may prefer to look elsewhere for food and drinks, as the atmosphere at the hotel bar and restaurant did not feel welcoming, even as hotel guests. Way far from a 5 star hotel service experience.
Location, location, location, I had the junior suite, it might as well be named "an apartment" because it was large. The breakfast buffet was impressive, high quality and fresh. Highly recommended!
Difícil encontrar palavras que façam jus ao Kings Court sem soar exagerado — mas a verdade é que o hotel simplesmente entrega em todos os aspectos.
O quarto é excepcional — espaçoso, bem decorado, banheiro de luxo real com amenities de primeira linha. Nada de cosmético de marca genérica em sachê: é o tipo de detalhe que diferencia um hotel que se preocupa com a experiência de um que apenas cumpre tabela.
O check-in foi ágil e eficiente, o serviço de quarto funcionou bem e a equipe demonstrou aquela atenção discreta que os bons hotéis praticam sem precisar anunciar.
O café da manhã merece parágrafo próprio — é de uma riqueza e variedade que envergonhariam muitos restaurantes da cidade. Saímos satisfeitos e bem dispostos para encarar Praga todos os dias.
A localização é simplesmente perfeita — a poucos metros da Praça da República, com acesso imediato à Cidade Velha e à Ponte Carlos.
o hotel pratica promoções de last hour que podem gerar diferenças significativas de preço para quem já reservou. No nosso caso, a mesma reserva apareceu €205 mais barata após o pagamento. Ao solicitar o ajuste, recebemos a informação de que o Booking.com cobraria a diferença do hotel — o que, sinceramente, não nos pareceu uma justificativa adequada para o hóspede que já está hospedado e pagou o preço cheio. É uma política comercial que merece revisão, pois destoa do padrão de excelência que o hotel demonstra em tudo o mais.
No balanço final — o Kings Court é um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Voltaria? Sim, sem hesitar. Mas reservaria mais perto da data.
We travelled with two children and were very satisfied with everything. The hotel has an excellent location, the room and the whole hotel were very clean, and the breakfast was great. Most of all, we appreciated the wonderful, attentive and smiling staff — especially Mr. David, who was very kind, helpful and professional.
There was nothing we did not like. Everything during our stay met or exceeded our expectations.
