Excellent overall
Pros:

Location cannot be better, in the real center of everything.
Rooms are modern and spacious
Breakfast is excellent.
Front desk staff is also excellent, with Moosa on top.
They assisted me when flights were delayed.
The 15Euro club deal is a great addition.
Ovreall, dont know what more to ask.

Pros:

Everything, location, breakfast, Reception Staff and all other staff. Great Restaurant Adelle terrace. Very clean, air conditioning system. Technology, state of art spacious rooms.

Pros:

The location of the Hotel was great. Staffs at Hotel Reception remembered me when I check in to the Hotel 2nd time. The staffs at the reception were always smiling and greeting you. They spoke to me in English.

שווה כל שקל ואם ארצה לחזור לפראג בהחלט אבחר שוב במלון הזה.

יחס של הצוות מדהים, סבלני ומקצועי.
דאגו לכוון ולהדריך על מנת להקל עלינו בכל.
לא אכלנו במלון מטעמי כשרות אבל נתנו לנו בנדיבות ירקות, פירות ובקבוקי מים מידי יום.
הזמנו 2 חדרים ושניהם היו חדרים מרווחים, מאובזרים בכל מכל: בפן, מחליק, מגהץ ושולחן גיהוץ, רמת ניקיון יוצאת מן הכלל!!
מיקום פנטסטי: חצי דקה מהפלדיום. משקיפים מהחלון. קרוב לכל מקום, מרכז קניות זארה, H&M מרחק 3-4 דקות הליכה. פרימארק מריק כ-15 דקות הליכה. הרובע היהודי מצד אחד, המלון הכשר וגשר קארל מצד שני. מגיעים בקלות לכל מקום ללא צורך בתחבורה.
במילה אחת: מעולה!!!
